protsāhayasy atitarāṁ kim ivāgraheṇa
protsāhayasiwhy do you keep egging [me] on 2nd sg. present, addressed to Kṛṣṇa; picks up the kim iva that followsतू (कृष्ण को) उकसा रहा है, बार-बार प्रोत्साहित कर रहा है
atitarāmso very much, past all measureबहुत ही अधिक, हद से ज़्यादा
kim ivawhy on earth — what for?
āgraheṇawith all this insistence instrumental of manner — the pushing is stubborn, not casualइतने हठ के साथ (क्योंकि यह आग्रह ढीला नहीं, हठीला है)
kim iva — why on earth; āgraheṇa — with such insistence; atitarām — so very much; protsāhayasi — do you keep egging [me] on.
Why on earth do you keep egging me on so hard, with all this insistence? The speaker throws the question straight back at Kṛṣṇa, who has been urging him to fight. The tone is a warrior's swagger — he does not need urging.
This verse is an udāharaṇa (illustration) of katthana, 'boasting, vaunting one's own prowess' — an anubhāva of vīra-bhakti-rasa, the rasa of heroism (laharī 3). The lead-in tatra katthitam, yathā ('there, boasting is shown, as follows') announces it. The speaker names himself in L2 as Bhadrasena and addresses Kṛṣṇa as Keśisūdana; the whole verse is his boast.

māṁ keśisūdana vidann api bhadrasenam |
māmme — the one you are pushing object of protsāhayasi in L1मुझको (L1 के प्रोत्साहयसि का कर्म)
keśisūdanaO Keśisūdana, slayer of the horse-demon Keśī — i.e. Kṛṣṇa vocative; the name recalls Kṛṣṇa's own martial feat, aimed pointedly at the one now urging a fightहे केशिसूदन (केशी-दैत्य के संहारक — यह नाम तेरे ही युद्ध-पराक्रम की याद दिलाता है, और ठीक उसी पर कसा गया है जो अब युद्ध के लिए उकसा रहा है)
vidan apieven though you know [full well] api = 'even though'; the concessive that carries the boast — you of all people know who I amजानते हुए भी (अपि = यद्यपि; तू तो सबसे बढ़कर जानता है कि मैं कौन हूँ)
bhadrasenamthat I am Bhadrasena predicate accusative in apposition to mām — 'me, [to be] Bhadrasena'भद्रसेन (के रूप में) — 'मुझको भद्रसेन जानते हुए भी', 'माम्' के साथ समानाधिकरण में
keśisūdana — O slayer of Keśī; mām — me; bhadrasenam — [to be] Bhadrasena; vidan api — even though you know.
O Keśisūdana — you, who yourself killed the demon Keśī — you know perfectly well that I am Bhadrasena. And yet you push me. The name-dropping is the point: he expects his own reputation to speak for itself. Viśvanātha marks this very clause, bhadrasenaṁ vidann api, as the hinge of the boast.

yoddhuṁ balena samam atra sudurbalena
yoddhumto fight — the thing you are pushing me toward infinitive of purpose, completing protsāhayasi: urging me 'in order to fight'युद्ध करने के लिए (प्रोत्साहयसि को पूरा करने वाली तुमुन्नन्त क्रिया — मुझे 'लड़ने के लिए' उकसा रहा है)
balena samamagainst the [enemy] army samam + instrumental = 'together with / against'; balena = a force, a hostएक सेना के साथ / सेना के विरुद्ध (समम् + तृतीया = 'के साथ'; बल = सेना, दल)
atrahere, in this fightयहाँ
sudurbalenawhich is utterly feeble agrees with balena; note the play — bala 'a force' set against su-dur-bala 'very weak', a strong army it is notजो अत्यन्त दुर्बल है (बल के साथ अन्वय; शब्द-क्रीड़ा देखो — बल 'सेना' के सामने सु-दुर्-बल 'अति निर्बल', यह कोई सबल सेना है ही नहीं)
atra — here; sudurbalena — utterly feeble; balena samam — against the army; yoddhum — to fight.
And to fight what — this puny, utterly feeble army here? That is what he is being urged toward. The boast lands on the mismatch: a great warrior being pressed to bother with a weakling force. Note the sound-play: bala, 'a fighting force', turned into su-durbala, 'a very weak one' — hardly worth his arm.

divyārgalā pratibhaṭas trapate bhujo me ||
divyārgalā-pratibhaṭaḥa match for a divine door-bar — as hard and immovable as one bahuvrīhi qualifying bhujaḥ; pratibhaṭa 'rival, a match for' + divya-argalā 'a heavenly cross-bolt' — Viśvanātha reads it argalā-sadṛśaḥ, 'like a bar'दिव्य अर्गला का प्रतिद्वन्द्वी (बहुव्रीहि, भुज का विशेषण; प्रतिभट = बराबरी करने वाला, टक्कर का, दिव्य-अर्गला = स्वर्गिक द्वार-बेड़ा; विश्वनाथ इसे अर्गला-सदृश, 'बेड़े के समान' पढ़ते हैं)
trapateis ashamed [to stoop to it] 3rd sg.; the arm itself feels the disgrace of so trivial a fightलज्जित होती है (भुजा स्वयं ऐसे तुच्छ युद्ध की अपकीर्ति से लजा जाती है)
bhujaḥ methis arm of mine subject of trapateमेरी भुजा (त्रपते का कर्ता)
divyārgalā-pratibhaṭaḥ — a match for a divine door-bar; me bhujaḥ — this arm of mine; trapate — is ashamed.
This arm of mine — hard and unyielding as a divine door-bolt — is actually ashamed to be set against such a foe. The climax of the boast: not he but his very arm blushes at the insult of so weak an opponent. Viśvanātha spells the image out: 'my arm, like a door-bar (argalā), is ashamed.'
argalā is the heavy cross-bolt or bar that holds a door shut — a stock image for something rigid, strong and immovable. Calling his arm a match for a divya (divine) argalā, the warrior claims it is as hard and irresistible as a heavenly door-bar; hence its 'shame' at a feeble fight.

na — not; vyākhyātam — explained.
Jīva and Mukunda pass this verse by without comment — 'not explained.' The note simply records that these two commentators left the verse unglossed; it says nothing about its meaning.

bhadrasenaṁ vidann api, argalā-sadṛśo me bhujaḥ trapate ||
bhadrasenaṁ vidann api'even though you know [me to be] Bhadrasena' — restating the mūla's concessive clause as the pivot Viśvanātha lifts L2's own words to mark them as the load-bearing phrase'मुझको भद्रसेन जानते हुए भी' — विश्वनाथ L2 के इन्हीं शब्दों को उठाकर उन्हें मुख्य, भार-वाही वाक्यांश के रूप में चिह्नित करते हैं
argalā-sadṛśaḥ me bhujaḥ'my arm is like a door-bar (argalā)' — unpacking divyārgalā-pratibhaṭaḥ sadṛśa 'like, resembling' spells out the compound's pratibhaṭa as plain simileमेरी भुजा अर्गला के समान (सदृश 'समान, तुल्य' शब्द समास के 'प्रतिभट' को सरल उपमा बनाकर खोल देता है)
trapate'is ashamed' — carried straight over from the mūlaलज्जित होती है
bhadrasenaṁ vidann api — even though you know [me to be] Bhadrasena; argalā-sadṛśaḥ me bhujaḥ — my arm is like a door-bar; trapate — is ashamed.
Viśvanātha gives a bare skeleton gloss, no more. He picks out two things: the concessive 'even though you know me to be Bhadrasena', and the key image, restating divyārgalā-pratibhaṭaḥ as the plain simile argalā-sadṛśaḥ, 'my arm is like a door-bar.' On that reading the arm, hard as a bolt, 'is ashamed' — that is the whole comment.
