ālasyaugrye vinā sarve vijñeyā vyabhicāriṇaḥ ||
ālasya-augrye vināleaving out two — ālasya, 'sluggishness', and ugratā, 'harshness' dual accusative with vinā, 'without, excepting'; ālasya + augrya (the abstract of ugra) compounded as a dualआलस्य और उग्रता — इन दोनों को छोड़कर
sarveall the rest, the whole remaining listशेष सब के सब
vijñeyāḥare to be recognized, should be taken asजानने चाहिए, ऐसा समझना चाहिए
vyabhicāriṇaḥvyabhicārī-bhāvas, the passing moods that come and go inside this rasaव्यभिचारी भाव (जो आकर चले जाते हैं)
ālasya-augrye vinā — leaving out sluggishness and harshness; sarve — all the rest; vyabhicāriṇaḥ — as vyabhicārī-bhāvas, the passing moods; vijñeyāḥ — are to be recognized.
Two of the thirty-three passing moods are held back here: ālasya, sluggishness, and ugratā, harshness. Every other one counts as a vyabhicārī-bhāva in this rasa.
vyabhicārī-bhāva (also called sañcārī-bhāva): a mood that rises, runs its course inside the steady love, and subsides — as against the sthāyi-bhāva, which stays.

She turns first on Kāmadeva. 'You with the five arrows — don't fire them into this body.' Hear the sound-play: pañca-śara, pañca-śarī, śarīre — the archer, the arrows, and the body they are aimed at, all rung on one syllable.
An udāharaṇa of nirveda, 'self-disgust, being sick of oneself' — the first of the vyabhicārī-bhāvas — quoted from Padyāvalī 221, as the lead-in says.

Jīva pairs the two off in order: ālasya goes with the close of union, ugratā goes with the break in the beloved's company. The verse rules out sluggishness and harshness of any other origin. Sluggishness that comes from a spent embrace, and harshness that comes from being cut off from him, are not what is being excluded.

sambhoga-ante yat ālasyam — the sluggishness at the close of union; priya-saṅga-bhaṅge yā ugratā — the harshness when the beloved's company breaks; tad-atirikte ālasya-augrye — [the verse's] 'sluggishness and harshness' are the ones other than these.
Viśvanātha takes 'ālasya and ugratā' in the verse as the varieties left over once you set aside two particular ones — the sluggishness after union ends, and the harshness of being cut off from the beloved. Those two stay in; the rest are shut out.

Viśvanātha sets the scene: the quarrel is over, and the woman is now kalahāntaritā, left by herself after driving him off. She calls out to two culprits. To Kāmadeva: don't shoot. To the wind: don't bathe me in the cool sweet smell you have carried in from the flower garden.
kalahāntaritā: one of the standard nāyikā types — the woman who repulsed her lover in a quarrel and is then left alone regretting it.

Why can she not bear her own limbs? The verse itself answers: they are disgraced by the breaking of love with him. Viśvanātha just points back to that phrase as the cause.
