asmin ālambanaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ priyās tasya tu subhruvaḥ
asminin this rasa — that is, in madhura-bhakti-rasa, the topic of this laharī locative of the domain being defined; picks up the madhura rasa just named.
ālambanaḥis the ālambana — the person the whole mood rests onआलम्बन — जिस पर रस टिका हुआ है, वह आधार
kṛṣṇaḥKṛṣṇaकृष्ण हैं
priyāḥand the beloved ones areऔर प्रिया (प्रेयसियाँ) हैं
tuand on the other side tu here does not contradict; it turns from one half of the ālambana to the other.
asmin — in this madhura rasa; kṛṣṇaḥ — Kṛṣṇa; ālambanaḥ — is the ālambana, the support of the mood; tu — and; tasya — his; priyāḥ — beloved ones; subhruvaḥ — are the lovely-browed women.
In madhura-bhakti-rasa the ālambana — the person the mood rests on — is Kṛṣṇa. And on the other side stand his beloveds, the lovely-browed women. So the support of this rasa has two halves: he whom the love is aimed at, and they in whom the love lives.
ālambana is the technical term for the support of a rasa, and it has two sides: the viṣaya, the one the love is directed to, and the āśraya, the one who holds the love. This line names both — Kṛṣṇa and the lovely-browed women of Vraja.

tatra kṛṣṇaḥ asamānordhva-saundarya-līlā-vaidigdhī-sampadām |
tatraof those two, taking the firstउन दोनों में से पहले (कृष्ण के विषय में)
kṛṣṇaḥnow Kṛṣṇa a two-word heading before the defining verse, not part of its metre.
asamāna-ūrdhva-which have no equal and nothing above themजिनके समान भी कोई नहीं और जिनसे बढ़कर भी कोई नहीं — ऐसे
saundarya-līlā-vaidigdhī-of beauty, of play, and of clevernessसौन्दर्य, लीला और वैदग्ध्य (चतुराई) रूपी
sampadāmof these riches genitive plural, waiting for āśrayatvena in the next line — 'because he is the seat OF them'.
tatra — of those two, taking the first; kṛṣṇaḥ — Kṛṣṇa; asamāna-ūrdhva- — having no equal and no superior; saundarya-līlā-vaidigdhī- — of beauty, play and cleverness; sampadām — of these riches.
Now he takes up the first of the two: Kṛṣṇa. Three riches are named — beauty, play, and cleverness. And of each it is said: nothing equals it and nothing stands above it. The line ends unfinished; the genitive 'of these riches' is answered only in the next line.
vaidigdhī is the form used here for what is more usually vaidagdhya — skill, quick wit, the artfulness that makes his dealings charming.
L3definition
āśrayatvena madhure harir ālambano mataḥ
āśrayatvenabecause he is the one place where they all sit instrumental of cause, completing sampadām of the previous line: he is the seat of those riches, and that is why he counts as ālambana.
madhurein the madhura rasaमधुर रस में

asamāna-ūrdhva-saundarya-līlā-vaidigdhī-sampadām — of those riches of beauty, play and cleverness that have no equal and no superior; āśrayatvena — because he is the one seat of them; madhure — in the madhura rasa; hariḥ — Hari; ālambanaḥ mataḥ — is held to be the ālambana.
Hari is the seat of all those riches — beauty, play, cleverness, each unmatched. That is exactly why he is held to be the ālambana in madhura rasa. The reason is not rank but content: everything the mood needs to rest on is already in him.

indīvara-of blue lotuses the compound breaks across the line and is finished by śreṇī- at the start of the next.
viśveṣām — for them all; anurañjanena — by colouring them with love, that is, by delighting them; ānandam — joy; janayan — producing; indīvara- — [of] blue lotuses…
He delights them all, and by that very delighting he produces joy in them. The word anurañjana carries both senses at once: he colours them and he pleases them. The sentence then starts on his limbs — 'blue lotuses…' — and runs over into the next line.
Why cited: quoted from Śrī Gīta-govinda 1.11 to show Kṛṣṇa as the ālambana of madhura rasa — one verse in which his unmatched beauty, play and cleverness are all on display at once.

His limbs are dark and soft like a stretch of blue lotuses. With those limbs he brings on a festival of love. Anaṅga means 'the bodiless one', the love-god — and the festival is held with limbs, with a body: that contrast is part of the charm.

The speaker turns to her friend: look, in the spring Hari is playing, and he is quite carried away. He looks like śṛṅgāra itself — the mood of love — walking about with a body of its own. The word iva keeps it a comparison, but a very thin one.
mugdha carries two working senses: 'bewildered, carried out of oneself' and 'lovely, artless'. Viśvanātha takes the first — see his gloss below. madhau is the spring, the season Madhu.

Viśvanātha reads the lotus phrase as a comparison, not just a colour: his limbs are darker and softer even than rows of blue lotuses. With those limbs he brings on the festival of love for the women. Then he explains mugdha: their love has carried him away so completely that his sense of his own godhood is simply gone.
Two readings are settled here. First, indīvara-śreṇī- is taken with an ablative of comparison — 'darker than blue lotuses' — rather than as a plain likeness. Second, mugdha is taken in the sense 'carried out of oneself', not 'charming'; the cause is their prema, and the result is aiśvarya-jñāna-śūnyatā, no awareness left of his own majesty.
