dugdhena digdhā kuca-vicyutena
dugdhenawith milk — the milk she is drenched in instrumental: what she is smeared with; it takes kuca-vicyutena as its adjective across the lineदूध से — जिस दूध से वह लिपट गयी है; अगली पंक्ति तक फैला हुआ 'कुच-विच्युतेन' इसी का विशेषण है
digdhāshe is smeared, wet all over with itलिपी हुई, सनी हुई — वह (यशोदा) दूध से भीग गयी है
kuca-vicyutenamilk that has run down from her own breastजो स्तन से बह निकला है, ऐसे (दूध) से
kuca-vicyutena dugdhena — with milk that has run down from her own breast; digdhā — she is smeared all over.
Milk is running from her breasts. She is smeared with it.
An udāharaṇa for the vātsala anubhāvas listed at 3.4.41 — śiro-ghrāṇam, 'smelling the head', and kareṇa aṅga-abhimārjanam, 'wiping the limbs with the hand'. The lead-in 'yathā vā', 'or again, as in this', sets it beside the śiro-ghrāṇam example at 3.4.42.

sapicchampeacock feather and all — the feather is still in his hairमोरपंख के सहित — पंख भी सूँघने में आ जाता है
samagram sapiccham śiraḥ — his whole head, peacock feather and all; āghrāya — after smelling it.
First she smells his whole head. The peacock feather is still in his hair, and that gets smelled too. Smelling the head is a mother's kiss.
piccha is the peacock feather Kṛṣṇa wears in his hair; sa- means 'along with', so the feather is included in what she smells.

Jīva and Mukunda leave this verse without a comment.
A note recording an absence, not a gloss: the printed text marks that neither Jīva Gosvāmī nor Mukunda-dāsa comments here.

dugdhena digdhā siktā goṣṭheśitur iyam aṅganā yaśodā ||
dugdhena digdhā'smeared with milk' — he picks up the verse's own words to gloss them'दूध से लिपी हुई' — यह मूल का पद उठाया गया है
siktāmeans drenched, wet through with itअर्थात् सींची हुई, भीगी हुई
goṣṭheśituḥ iyam aṅganā'this wife of the master of the cowherd village' — the verse's phrase, now to be identified'गोकुल के स्वामी की यह पत्नी' — यह पद भी उठाया गया है
yaśodāis Yaśodāअर्थात् यशोदा
dugdhena digdhā — 'smeared with milk'; siktā — that is, drenched with it; goṣṭheśituḥ iyam aṅganā — 'this wife of the master of the cowherd village'; yaśodā — is Yaśodā.
Viśvanātha does two things. He replaces digdhā, 'smeared', with the plainer siktā, 'drenched' — she is soaked in the milk, not lightly touched by it. And he names the woman the verse only describes: she is Yaśodā.
