tasya — of him, Kṛṣṇa; atra — here in this rasa; te tu — as for those [who hold the parental mood]; kathitāḥ — they are declared to be; vraja-rājñī — the queen of Vraja; vrajeśvaraḥ — the lord of Vraja
Now the other side of the pair. Kṛṣṇa is the object of this love; here we are told who carries it. First the queen of Vraja, then the lord of Vraja. The list opens with them and runs on into the next lines.
Viśvanātha names the queen of Vraja as Yaśodā when he comments on the quoted verse below (yaśodāyāḥ). The verse itself gives only the titles.

padma-ja, 'the lotus-born', is a name of Brahmā. The episode alluded to is the carrying off of the cowherd boys narrated in the Tenth Canto.

Why cited: quoted from the Tenth Canto to show the form of the queen of Vraja — the elder just ranked highest.
The lead-in reads tatra vrajeśvaryā rūpaṁ, yathā śrī-daśame — 'there, the form of the queen of Vraja, as in the Tenth Canto (10.9.3)'. What kṣauma is made of is exactly where the commentators divide; see Jīva and Viśvanātha below.

Why cited: adduced because the milk is the bodily evidence of vātsalya — the verse traces the flow to putra-sneha itself.

kṣaumam — [the word] kṣauma; parama-sūkṣma-atasī-tantu-sambhavam — [means what] arises from the very finest atasī thread
Jīva takes kṣauma as linen. It is cloth woven from atasī fibre, and the fibre is of the very finest sort.

He backs the gloss with the dictionary. Amara lists atasī, umā and kṣamā as names for one and the same plant. So atasī is a settled lexical word, not a stretch.
Why cited: cited from the Amara-koṣa to fix atasī as a recognised plant-name, and so to secure Jīva's reading of kṣauma as linen.
In the lexicon umā and kṣamā are simply further names of the flax plant. Outside a dictionary entry the same two words mean the goddess Umā and forbearance — neither sense is in play here.

Then he draws an inference from the colour. Because the cloth is yellow, Yaśodā's own complexion is dark. He treats the detail as evidence, not decoration. This is also where he names the queen of Vraja: Yaśodā.

He works through the rest word by word. What kind of garment? One tied with a cord — the string of the skirt-knot; naddha just means tied. Then he repeats 'bearing' with each item, so it is clear what the participle governs. She bears her breasts, shaking as she churns. She bears her bangles, sliding on arms tired from hauling the two ropes. And she is the woman whose mālatī is slipping out of her braid.
