camarībhiḥby the camarīs of the verseचमरियों से
cārur yā cūḍāthe crest that is lovely — that is the cāru-cūḍā of the verseजो चूड़ा सुन्दर है
mastaka-madhya-baddha-keśa-tatiḥnamely the mass of hair tied at the middle of the head in apposition to cūḍā — this is Jīva saying what the word cūḍā namesअर्थात् सिर के बीचोंबीच बाँधी हुई केशों की राशि — यह 'चूड़ा' का ही समानाधिकरण है, जीव बता रहे हैं कि यह शब्द किसे कहता है
tayāand it is by that crest that instrumental picking up cūḍā and carrying the cause: the beauty blazes because of itउसी चूड़ा के कारण — तृतीया कारण दिखाती है, शोभा उसी से दमकती है
nātyunnatayāwhich is not raised very high na + ati-unnatayā, agreeing with tayā'न' और 'अति-उन्नतया' — जो बहुत ऊँची नहीं उठाई गई; यह भी उसी चूड़ा का विशेषण है
sūkṣma-svacchoṣṇīṣāñcala-vṛtayāand is wrapped round by the fine, clear edge of the turbanजो महीन और निर्मल पगड़ी के छोर से लपेटी हुई है
ujjvalā śrīr yasyahis beauty blazes — that is who he is the bahuvrīhi spelled out with yasya: 'he whose śrī is ujjvala'जिसकी शोभा उज्ज्वल है — 'यस्य' लगाकर बहुव्रीहि को खोल दिया गया
camarībhiḥ — by the camarīs; mañjarībhiḥ — that is, blossom-sprays; yā cūḍā cāruḥ — the crest that is lovely; mastaka-madhya-baddha-keśa-tatiḥ — namely the hair tied at the middle of the head; tayā — by that crest; na ati-unnatayā — not raised very high; sūkṣma-svaccha-uṣṇīṣa-añcala-vṛtayā — wrapped round by the fine clear edge of the turban; yasya śrīḥ ujjvalā — he whose beauty blazes
Jīva unpacks the long compound of line 2. camarī here means mañjarī, blossom-sprays. cūḍā means the hair gathered and tied at the middle of the head. That topknot is not piled up high, and the thin, clear border of the turban goes round it. Because of that crest, his beauty blazes — and that whole description is one word about Mukunda.
camarī ordinarily names the yak whose tail furnishes the whisk; Jīva takes it here as mañjarī, a spray of blossoms worn in the hair. Viśvanātha gives the same equation.

yasya uṣṇīṣaḥ — he whose turban; paṭṭa-pāśena baddhaḥ — is tied by the silk band; sa-śobham kiñcid veṣṭitaḥ — that is, wound round a little, and gracefully; saḥ — he is the one meant
Now baddhoṣṇīṣaḥ. It is a bahuvrīhi: he whose turban is tied by the silk band. And 'tied' means wound round just a little, with grace — not bundled tight.
