sahacara-nikurambaṁ bhrātar ārya praviṣṭaṁ
sahacara-nikurambaṁthe whole crowd of my companions — the friends I go about with accusative; the object of prekṣamāṇaḥ in L2, and what praviṣṭaṁ agrees withसखाओं के समूह को — यही वह वस्तु है जिसे मैं देख रहा था, और इसी के साथ 'प्रविष्ट' जुड़ता है
bhrātarO brotherहे भाई!
āryaO noble one vocative; ārya set beside bhrātar is how a younger brother addresses the elderहे आर्य!
praviṣṭaṁgone in — they had already entered past participle, accusative, agreeing with nikurambaṁ; carries the action I sawजो भीतर घुस गया था — 'समूह' का ही विशेषण, और यही वह क्रिया है जो मैंने देखी
bhrātar — O brother; ārya — O noble one; sahacara-nikurambaṁ — the whole crowd of my companions; praviṣṭaṁ — gone in
O brother, noble one — the whole crowd of my friends had gone in.
An udāharaṇa of Kṛṣṇa's own friendship for his friends — the lead-in to this verse says eṣu kṛṣṇasya sakhyaṁ, yathā, 'Kṛṣṇa's friendship toward these, as follows.' So the 'I' of the verse is Kṛṣṇa, telling an elder brother what he felt.

drutam agha-jaṭharāntaḥ-koṭare prekṣamāṇaḥ |
drutamin a rush, all at once adverbial accusative going with praviṣṭaṁ of L1 — how fast they went inबड़ी तेज़ी से — यह बताता है कि वे किस वेग से भीतर घुसे
agha-jaṭharāntaḥ-koṭareinto the cave that was the inside of Agha's belly locative marking where they entered; jaṭhara 'belly' + antaḥ-koṭara 'the hollow within' — the snake-demon's body read as a mountain caveअघ के पेट के भीतर की गुहा में — कहाँ घुसे, यह बताता है; 'जठर' अर्थात् उदर और 'अन्तः-कोटर' अर्थात् भीतर का खोखला भाग, मानो वह सर्प-दैत्य का शरीर कोई पर्वत-गुफा हो
prekṣamāṇaḥand I stood watching it happen present middle participle, nominative — it agrees with the aham of L4; the seeing goes on while they enterऔर मैं देखता ही रह गया — यह 'मैं' का ही विशेषण है, और उनके घुसते समय ही यह देखना चल रहा था
drutam — in a rush; agha-jaṭharāntaḥ-koṭare — into the cave that was the inside of Agha's belly; prekṣamāṇaḥ — and I stood watching it happen
All at once, into that cave which was the inside of Agha's belly. And I stood there watching it happen.
agha — the serpent-demon whose open mouth the boys took for a mountain cave. The verse says only what Kṛṣṇa saw: the friends going in, and himself looking on.

skhalad-aśiśira-bāṣpa-kṣālita-kṣāma-gaṇḍaḥ
skhalad-spilling over and running downढुलकते हुए, बहते हुए
aśiśira-not cool — that is, hot a-śiśira, 'un-cold': the negative form says the tears burnedजो ठण्डे नहीं थे — 'अ-शिशिर' यह नकारात्मक रूप कहता है कि वे आँसू जलते हुए, गरम थे
bāṣpa-tearsआँसुओं से
kṣālita-washed, rinsed downधुले हुए
gaṇḍaḥmy cheeks were like this bahuvrīhi ending the whole compound and describing aham: 'he whose thin cheeks were washed by hot spilling tears'जिसके कपोल — यह बहुव्रीहि पूरे समास को समेटकर 'मैं' का वर्णन करता है: 'जिसके दुबले कपोल ढुलकते हुए गरम आँसुओं से धुल गए थे'
skhalad-aśiśira-bāṣpa- — with hot tears spilling down; kṣālita- — washing; kṣāma-gaṇḍaḥ — my thin, drawn cheeks
Hot tears came spilling down and washed my cheeks. My face had gone thin and drawn.
The whole line is one bahuvrīhi describing the speaker — Sanskrit says in a single word what English needs a sentence for.

tadā — at that moment; kṣaṇam — for one moment; aham — I; avasīdan — sinking, losing all strength; śūnya-cittaḥ — with my mind gone empty; āsam — that is what I became
For that one moment I gave way. My mind went empty. That is what I became, right then.
This is the point of the example: Kṛṣṇa himself breaks down at the danger to his friends. The friendship in sakhya-rasa runs both ways — here it is Kṛṣṇa's love for them, not theirs for him.
