samyag-ayantritā dāsavad-yantraṇā-śūnyāḥ |
samyag-ayantritāḥthe verse's word 'completely unrestrained' — this is what it means'सम्यक् अयन्त्रित' का अर्थ यह है —
dāsavad-yantraṇā-śūnyāḥthey have none of the holding-back that a servant has -vat 'like, as with'; śūnya 'empty of' takes the whole compound — empty of servant-style restraintदास के समान जो रोक-टोक होती है, उससे रहित; 'वत्' से 'जैसा, की तरह' और 'शून्य' से 'उससे खाली' कहा गया है
samyag-ayantritāḥ — 'completely unrestrained'; dāsavad-yantraṇā-śūnyāḥ — means empty of the holding-back a servant has.
'Completely unrestrained' means this: they have none of the check a servant keeps on himself. A servant measures every word and gesture before his master. These friends do not.

yataḥand here is why they are unrestrained yataḥ gives the reason for the previous gloss; it points to the next word of the verse as the causeक्योंकि — इससे पहले किए गए अर्थ का कारण दिया जा रहा है, और वह कारण श्लोक के अगले ही शब्द में है
viśrambhetibecause the verse goes on to say 'viśrambha' pratīka — the commentator picks up the verse-word by its opening and 'iti' marks it as quoted'विश्रम्भ' इत्यादि पद से; टीकाकार श्लोक के शब्द को उसके आरम्भ से उठाते हैं और 'इति' लगाकर उसे उद्धरण के रूप में दिखाते हैं

yataḥ — and here is why; viśrambha iti — the verse says 'viśrambha'; viśrambhaḥ tu — and viśrambha itself; vakṣyate — will be stated later: viśrambhaḥ — viśrambha is; gāḍha-viśvāsa-viśeṣaḥ — a particular kind of deep trust; yantraṇojjhitaḥ — that has thrown off all holding-back; iti — so it runs.
Why are they unrestrained? Because of the next word — viśrambha. And viśrambha itself will be defined later on: 'viśrambha is a particular kind of deep trust, one that has thrown off all holding-back.' So the restraint drops away because the trust is that deep.
Why cited: Cited to supply the definition of viśrambha that the verse leaves unexplained, and to show that 'unrestrained' follows from it — the very definition ends in yantraṇojjhita, 'holding-back thrown off'.
viśrambha in ordinary Sanskrit means simply 'confidence, trust'; here it is the technical name for the friend's relaxed intimacy with Kṛṣṇa, in which awe and formality have dissolved.
