hariś ca tad-vayasyāś ca tasminn ālambanā matāḥ ||
tad-vayasyāḥand his age-mates, the boys of his own age who are his friends tad- points back to Hari; vayasya = one of the same vayas, 'age', hence a playmateऔर उनके समवयस्क सखा — 'तत्' शब्द पीछे हरि की ओर संकेत करता है, और 'वयस्य' वह है जिसकी वय (अवस्था) एक-सी हो, अतः खेल का साथी
caand — the two together, not one without the otherऔर — दोनों को एक साथ जोड़ता है
tasminin that rasa, i.e. in preyo-bhakti-rasa, the rasa of friendship locative naming the rasa these supports belong toउस (रस) में — सप्तमी बताती है कि ये आलम्बन किस रस के हैं
ālambanāḥare the ālambana — the persons the whole mood leans on and rests inआलम्बन, अर्थात् जिन पर भाव टिकता है
matāḥare held to be, are accepted as suchमाने गए हैं
tasmin — in that rasa of friendship; hariḥ ca — Hari and; tad-vayasyāḥ ca — his age-mate friends; ālambanāḥ matāḥ — are held to be the ālambana, the supports the mood rests on.
In the rasa of friendship there are two supports, not one. Kṛṣṇa is one; the boys his own age are the other. Both together are called the ālambana — the persons on whom the whole mood leans.
ālambana is the standard rasa term for what a mood rests on. It has two sides: the viṣaya, the one the love is aimed at (here Hari), and the āśraya, the one in whom the love lives (here the friends). This line names both at once.

dvibhujatvādi-bhāg atra prāgvad ālambano hariḥ ||
dvibhujatvādi-bhākthe one who has two arms and the rest of it — that is the form he wears here -bhāk, 'having a share in', governs the compound: he partakes of two-armedness etc.
atrahere, in this rasa of friendshipयहाँ, अर्थात् इस रस में
prāgvatas before — just as was laid out earlier -vat marks the comparison: exactly on the pattern already givenपूर्ववत् — 'वत्' तुलना कराता है, अतः ठीक उसी ढंग से जैसा पहले कहा जा चुका है
ālambanaḥis the ālambana, the one the mood rests onआलम्बन हैं
hariḥHariहरि
atra — here in friendship-rasa; hariḥ — Hari; dvibhujatvādi-bhāk — having two arms and so on; prāgvat — as before; ālambanaḥ — is the ālambana.
Now he takes up the first of the two: Hari. Here Hari is the ālambana in his two-armed form and all that goes with it. And he does not describe it again — he says 'as before', pointing back to the description already given.
prāgvat is a cross-reference, not a new claim. Rūpa Gosvāmī is telling the reader to carry over the earlier description of Hari's form rather than repeat it.

The picture starts with colour. His body glows dark and lovely like a sapphire. Against that dark, his smile is broad and jasmine-white.
An udāharaṇa — an illustrating verse — for Hari as the ālambana of preyo-bhakti-rasa, just defined in the two lines above (3.3.2-3). The lead-in says 'tatra vraje, yathā' — 'there, in Vraja, as follows' — so this is Hari in his Vraja form. The verse is spoken in the voice of his friends, who call him 'ours' in the last line.

vrajād aghaharo haraty ahaha naḥ sakhīnāṁ manaḥ ||
vrajātfrom Vraja — he has left the settlement behindव्रज से — पञ्चमी, अर्थात् जहाँ से निकलकर वह आ रहा है
agha-haraḥthe one who took away Agha — he who killed the serpent Aghaअघ का हरण करने वाला
haratihe steals, he carries offहर लेता है
ahahaah! — the cry of people who cannot help themselvesअहह!
naḥ sakhīnāmof us, of us his friends naḥ and sakhīnām are the same people said twice — 'ours, we friends'; sakhīnām is the genitive plural of sakhiहम सखाओं का — 'नः' और 'सखीनाम्' एक ही जनों को दो बार कहते हैं, 'हमारा, हम सखाओं का'; 'सखीनाम्' 'सखि' का षष्ठी बहुवचन है
agha-haraḥ — the killer of Agha; vrajāt — from Vraja; atra āvrajan — coming here; ahaha — ah!; naḥ sakhīnām manaḥ harati — steals the minds of us, his friends.
He has come out from Vraja, the one who did away with Agha. And now — ah! — he does it again, only this time what he takes away is us. Our minds, his friends' minds, are simply carried off.
Two word-plays run the line, and both are the point. First, agha-haraḥ … harati: the remover of Agha is now a remover of minds — the same verb hṛ for killing a demon and for stealing hearts. Second, vrajāt … āvrajan: he 'vraj's out of Vraja — the name of the place and the verb 'to go' are the same root, so the coming and the place echo each other.

vrajāt goṣṭhāt'from Vraja' means from the cowherd settlement itself goṣṭha is the gloss-word: Vraja here is the village, not the whole regionव्रज से, अर्थात् गोष्ठ से — 'गोष्ठ' ही टीका का शब्द है, जिससे जाना जाता है कि यहाँ व्रज का अर्थ गाँव है, सारा प्रदेश नहीं

Viśvanātha Cakravartī does one job here: he fixes the geography. Vraja means the cowherd village, and 'here' means the forest. So the scene is not inside the village at all — the friends are already out in the forest, and Kṛṣṇa is walking out to join them. Everything else in the line he simply strings into order: coming that way, he steals our minds, the minds of his friends.
