L1definition
ubhayeṣāṁ sadārādhya-dhiyaiva bhajatām api |

sadārādhya-dhiyā evaholding him always as one to be worshipped — precisely that attitude instrumental of manner; eva marks the attitude as shared by bothइस बुद्धि से ही कि भगवान् सदा आराध्य हैं

ubhayeṣām — of both groups; sadārādhya-dhiyā eva — with the very attitude that he is ever to be worshipped; bhajatām api — even though they both worship him thus.
Two kinds of dāsya-devotee both worship Kṛṣṇa. Both hold him as one always to be revered. Yet, as the next line shows, the two are not the same.

sevakānām — for the servants; iha — here, toward Kṛṣṇa; aiśvarya-jñānasya eva — of the knowledge of his majesty alone; pradhānatā — is the predominance.
For the servant-type, what stands foremost is the awareness of Kṛṣṇa's majesty — his lordship. This devotee serves knowing exactly whom he serves: the Lord.
L3definition
lālyānāṁ tu sva-sambandha-sphūrter eva samantataḥ ||
lālyānāṁ tubut for the cherished ones — the ones he pampers tu marks the turn from sevaka to lālyaपरन्तु लाल्यों का (जिन पर लाड़ किया जाता है)
sva-sambandha-sphūrter evait is only the shining-forth of their own bond with him that [predominates] genitive parallel to aiśvarya-jñānasya in L2; eva restricts to the bond, excluding majestyअपने सम्बन्ध की स्फूर्ति की ही
samantataḥon every side, through and throughसब ओर से (सर्वथा)
lālyānām tu — but for the cherished ones; sva-sambandha-sphūrteḥ eva — of the shining-forth of their own bond alone; samantataḥ — entirely, on all sides [is the predominance].
But for the cherished ones — those Kṛṣṇa pampers — it runs the other way. What fills them, top to bottom, is the vivid sense of their own relationship with him. Not his majesty, but their bond.
L4definition
vraja-sthānāṁ paraiśvarya-jñāna-śūnya-dhiyām api |
vraja-sthānāṁfor those who dwell in Vraja genitive; these are a case of the lālya group just namedव्रज में रहनेवालों का
paraiśvarya-jñāna-śūnya-dhiyām apieven though their minds hold no knowledge of his supreme majesty api concedes the absence before L5's 'yet there still is'यद्यपि उनकी बुद्धि परम ऐश्वर्य के ज्ञान से शून्य है
vraja-sthānām — for the Vraja residents; para-aiśvarya-jñāna-śūnya-dhiyām api — even though their minds are empty of any knowledge of his supreme majesty.
Take the residents of Vraja. Their minds carry no sense of Kṛṣṇa as the supreme Lord of all. That grand awareness is simply absent in them.
L5conclusion
asty eva vallavādhīśa-putratvaiśvarya-vedanam ||
asty evathere still does exist eva answers the api of L4 — the absence notwithstanding, this one remainsफिर भी रहता ही है
vallavādhīśa-putratva-aiśvarya-vedanaman awareness of the majesty that lies in his being the son of the cowherd-kingग्वालराज के पुत्र होने रूप ऐश्वर्य का वेदन (ज्ञान)
vallavādhīśa-putratva-aiśvarya-vedanam — awareness of the majesty consisting in his being the cowherd-king's son; asti eva — indeed still exists.
And yet there is a majesty they do feel. It is the majesty of his being the cowherd-king's son — Nanda's darling boy. That awareness never leaves them, even while the 'Lord of all' idea does.
vallava-adhīśa = Nanda Mahārāja, chief of the cowherds; putratva = Kṛṣṇa's being his son. The majesty in view is thus a Vraja-scaled one, not the cosmic paraiśvarya denied in L4.

Jīva unpacks the verse's compound. The cause is his being Nanda's son. From that cause a majesty follows. Where does it show? In two things: he acts freely, on his own authority; and his word cannot be crossed. And 'vedana' here, Jīva says, means jñāna — knowledge of that majesty.
Jīva reads vedana as jñāna (knowledge) and locates the aiśvarya in svātantrya (independence) and durlaṅghya-ājñatva (the inviolable command).

lālyānāmand of the cherished onesऔर लाल्यों का
ubhayeṣām — 'of both'; sevakānām lālyānām — [namely] of the servants and of the cherished ones.
Viśvanātha pins down the 'both' of the verse. It means the two groups already named: the sevakas, the servant-type, and the lālyas, the cherished ones.

Viśvanātha reads the same compound with a different weight. The majesty done by Nanda's son is concrete: feats like the defeat of Indra — the Govardhana episode. And 'vedana,' he says, is anubhava — not book-knowledge but lived, direct experience of that power.
Viśvanātha reads vedana as anubhava (direct experience) and locates the aiśvarya in overt feats like the Indra-conquest (Govardhana-līlā).
