kṛpaṇe mayiupon me, a wretch locative — the pitiable one on whom the mercy landsमुझ दीन पर (जिस पर यह कृपा उतरी है)
kṛpādyāḥ — O compassionate ones; paśyata — behold; kṛṣṇasya kṛpām — the mercy of Kṛṣṇa; kṛpaṇe mayi — falling on wretched me.
Bhīṣma, dying, calls out to the tender-hearted ones gathered round him. Look, he says, at Kṛṣṇa's mercy. See how it falls on me, wretched as I am.
An udāharaṇa of anugraha-samprāpti, "the receiving of [the Lord's] grace" — the helper-feeling in dāsya-rasa announced in the lead-in "tatra anugraha-samprāptiḥ, yathā—" ("among these, the receiving of grace, as follows—"), verse 3.2.58.

asau dhyeyaḥ — he, the one to be meditated on; hanta — ah!; nidhane — at death; dṛśoḥ adhvānam — into the path of my eyes; abhyagāt — has come.
That same Kṛṣṇa, the one fit to be meditated on, has — wonder of wonders — come right into the path of my two eyes. And at the very moment of my death. To die gazing on him: this is the mercy he is pointing to.
