A servant briskly directs his fellow attendants (Bakula, Vārida, Rasāla), each named as he is given a task, to ready Kṛṣṇa's things before he arrives home.

paurandarī, 'belonging to Purandara,' i.e. to Indra; Indra's fixed quarter is the east, so paurandarī diś = the eastern sky. Naming the direction by its guardian is the kavi's flourish, not a separate place.
'पौरन्दरी' का अर्थ है 'पुरन्दर की', अर्थात् इन्द्र की; इन्द्र की निश्चित दिशा पूर्व है, इसलिए पौरन्दरी दिशा का तात्पर्य पूर्व का आकाश है। दिशा को उसके अधिष्ठाता देवता के नाम से पुकारना कवि की शोभा-युक्ति है, कोई अलग स्थान नहीं।

Viśvanātha reads parāga-paṭalī as dhūli-śreṇī, a streak of dust: the cows' dust has blocked the eastern quarter, the direction of Indra (Purandara). And so the hour of Kṛṣṇa's coming from the forest back to the cowherd village has arrived. Therefore, the servant is saying, quickly assemble the things needed for his service. That is the purport.
