tāṁ pūrvokta-vibhāvita-āpannāṁ ratim'that' is the rati that has reached the stirred-up state described earlier Viśvanātha, like Jīva, supplies the antecedent: rati in the vibhāvita condition of the preceding treatmentउस रति को, जो पूर्व-वर्णित विभावित अवस्था को प्राप्त हो चुकी है (विश्वनाथ भी जीव की भाँति अन्वय जोड़ते हैं)

uṣṇāḥare 'hot' [warm / intense] predicate: because they flood the heart with relish, these signs are reckoned uṣṇa, warmउष्ण (गरम) हैं — विधेय: क्योंकि ये हृदय को रस से भर देते हैं, इसलिए ये चिह्न उष्ण माने जाते हैं
tāṁ — that, i.e. pūrvokta-vibhāvita-āpannāṁ ratim, the rati brought to the earlier-described stirred state; antar-manasi — in the inner mind; anubhāvayanti — they cause to be experienced; āsvāda-nirbharāṁ tanvanti vistārayanti — they spread it out, expand it, full of relish; ataḥ — therefore; sāttvika-sahitāḥ kaṭākṣa-ādyāḥ anubhāvāḥ — the anubhāvas, the glances and the rest with the sāttvikas; uṣṇāḥ — are warm.
Viśvanātha reads 'that' as the rati already brought to the stirred-up state described earlier. The outer signs make it felt in the inner mind and expand it there, full of relish. Therefore, he concludes, the anubhāvas — the sidelong glances and the rest, together with the sāttvikas — are 'warm' [uṣṇa]: they heat the heart with that relish.
