seyam ādimā śuddhā tridhā iti — the words 'this first, pure, is threefold'; tisraḥ atra tat-nāmnyaḥ — mean three here, each a [rati] bearing that name; iti arthaḥ — that is the sense.
sā iyam ādimā śuddhā tridhā iti — यह वही पहली शुद्धा रति तीन प्रकार की है, इस प्रकार; tisraḥ atra — यहाँ तीन; tat-nāmnyaḥ — उसी नाम वाली; iti arthaḥ — यही अर्थ है।
Viśvanātha reads it to the same effect, with a small grammatical turn: the three are themselves 'named-by-that-name' — three ratis, each called śuddhā.
'यह वही पहली शुद्धा तीन प्रकार की है' — इसका अर्थ यह है कि यहाँ जो तीन रतियाँ हैं, वे स्वयं उसी (शुद्धा) नाम को धारण करने वाली हैं।
The two included commentators differ only in one word: Jīva reads tan-nāmnā (instrumental, 'under that name'), Viśvanātha tan-nāmnyaḥ (feminine plural, an adjective agreeing with the three ratis, 'bearing that name'). Same import, distinct construction — left unharmonized.
