parihita-hari-hārā rādhā — Rādhā, wearing Hari's necklace; savitrīṁ vīkṣya — on catching sight of her mother …
Rādhā is wearing Kṛṣṇa's necklace. At a festival she suddenly sees her mother close by. That is the opening of the scene.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) for sandhi — the meeting or collision of several vyabhicāri-bhāvas at once; here specifically sandhi born of many causes (aneka-hetu-ja), per the lead-in 'aneka-hetujānāṁ, yathā—'. Across L1–L4 four moods crowd into Rādhā together: lajjā (shame), amarṣa (indignation), harṣa (joy), viṣāda (dejection), each from a different cause, named in L5.

The mother is right there on the ground close by. And in front stands the rival Padmā, smiling. Seeing that smile, Rādhā starts guessing suspiciously — what does Padmā know?

There at the festival her face runs through four looks in a breath: bowed down, then crooked, then beaming, then wilted. Each look is a different mood surfacing.
The four faces map to the four moods of L5: vinata (bowed) = lajjā/shame before her mother; vakra (crooked) = amarṣa/indignation at the rival Padmā; prasphura (beaming) = harṣa/joy at seeing Hari; mlāna (wilted) = viṣāda/dejection. Viśvanātha, however, reads L4 for a different fourth cause — see his s5.

parihitaḥ = dhṛtaḥ — 'parihita' means 'worn'; hari-hāraḥ yayā sā — she by whom Hari's necklace was worn.
Jīva decodes the compound: parihita just means 'worn'. So 'parihita-hari-hārā' is a bahuvrīhi — 'the woman who has Hari's necklace on', namely Rādhā.
