An udāharaṇa of sandhi — here specifically of feelings born from a single cause (eka-hetuja), per the lead-in 'tatra eka-hetujānāṁ, yathā—'. The one cause is Kṛṣṇa's forcibly barring Rādhā's way; from it five vyabhicāri-bhāvas arise at once (named in L7).

atra harṣautsukya-garvāmarṣāsūyānāṁ sandhiḥ |
atrahere (in this verse)यहाँ (इस श्लोक में)
harṣa-autsukya-garva-amarṣa-asūyānāṁof joy (harṣa), eagerness (autsukya), pride (garva), indignation (amarṣa), and jealousy (asūyā) — the five feelings meeting here genitive dependent on sandhiḥहर्ष, औत्सुक्य, गर्व, अमर्ष और असूया — इन (भावों) का, 'sandhiḥ' पर आश्रित षष्ठी

atra harṣa-autsukya-garva-amarṣa-asūyānāṁ sandhiḥ — here is the juncture of joy, eagerness, pride, indignation, and jealousy
So in this one glance five feelings meet at once: joy, eagerness, pride, indignation, and jealousy — all sprung from the single cause of Kṛṣṇa barring her way. That is their sandhi.
The five map onto the verse's words: harṣa in antaḥ-smerā (the inner smile), autsukya in taralatara-tāra (tremulous pupils), garva in abhivyakta-avajñā (open disdain), amarṣa in her being forcibly blocked, asūyā in the reddish crooked eye-corner. Jīva confirms the autsukya and asūyā mappings below.
