tvayi rahasi milantyāṁ — when you met him in secret; sambhrama-nyāsa-bhugnā — bent from the flustered re-tying; api — even though.
"When you met him alone in the secret room, your girdle got knocked crooked by how flustered you were re-tying it." Rādhā is speaking to a girlfriend; already the tease is loaded.
An udāharaṇa of asūyā (jealous fault-finding), a vyabhicāri-bhāva of the caturtha-laharī; Rūpa tags the mood himself in L5, 'atrāsūyotpattiḥ'.

sakhi — O friend; uṣasi — at dawn; paśya — look; tava ālī mekhalā — your girdle-string; bhāti — is showing.
"Look, friend — it's morning, and there's your girdle on display for all to see." The bent girdle at daybreak is the giveaway she is pointing at.
Viśvanātha reads ālī with mekhalā as the girdle's row of little bells (kṣudra-ghaṇṭikā).

Having said all that, and now that the secret is out in the open, she knits her brows. On Viśvanātha's reading the exposed secret belongs to Kṛṣṇa himself.

L5definition
atrāsūyotpattiḥ |
atrahere [in this verse]यहाँ (इस पद्य में)
asūyā-utpattiḥthe arising of asūyā (jealous fault-finding)असूया की उत्पत्ति है
atra — here; asūyā-utpattiḥ — is the arising of asūyā.
Rūpa's own tag: this verse illustrates the rise of asūyā — the jealous, fault-finding mood.
asūyā: intolerance that shows itself as needling another's good points; here it is the vyabhicāri-bhāva being illustrated.

Jīva: under cover of the joke she is really flagging her own superiority. And the jealousy is aimed at Kṛṣṇa — a resentment that is itself a form of love (sa-praṇaya-dveṣa). So the teasing of the friend is only the surface; the real charge is toward him.

Viśvanātha spells the scene out: Viśākhā slipped into the bedroom and suddenly came upon Kṛṣṇa. Flustered, she rushed to re-tie the girdle that love-making had loosened — and in the hurry never got it fastened right. That botched re-tying is why it now hangs crooked. Note whom he supplies as the partner: Kṛṣṇa.

He glosses 'bhugnā' as crooked, and adds the point of 'api': crooked as it is, the little-belled girdle still gleams for all to see. That closes the quoted taunt.

Viśvanātha's key move: 'the one whose secret is out' is Kṛṣṇa, not the room. So the crooked glance is aimed at him — she pins the exposed affair on Kṛṣṇa. May that Rādhikā, casting the sidelong look, purify you.
