L1definition
puṣṇāti yo ratiṁ gauṇīṁ sa vyavahito mataḥ ||
yaḥhe who — relative pronoun; its correlative is saḥ later in the lineजो (व्यक्ति) — इसका सम्बन्धी 'सः' आगे आता है
gauṇīṁ ratiṁa secondary rati — a mood of love that is not the primary one but stands in for itगौणी रति को — जो साक्षात् नहीं, किसी अन्य भाव के द्वारा पहुँची हुई रति है
vyavahitaḥis 'vyavahita' — the obstructed / mediated one — the term being definedव्यवहित (व्यवधानयुक्त) — बीच में किसी और भाव का व्यवधान रहने से आड़ में पड़ा हुआ
mataḥis held to beमाना गया है
yaḥ — he who; gauṇīṁ ratiṁ — a secondary rati; puṣṇāti — nourishes; saḥ vyavahitaḥ mataḥ — he is held to be vyavahita.
Whoever nourishes a secondary rati — a love-mood that is not the primary one but works through it — is called vyavahita, the 'mediated' or 'obstructed' one.
The lakṣaṇa of vyavahita, taken up here in the caturtha-laharī on vyabhicāri-bhāva (lead-in: atha vyavahitaḥ—). L2-L3 that follow are its udāharaṇa. 'Secondary' (gauṇī) rati: the devotee's love for Kṛṣṇa is fed indirectly — reached through another emotion (here anger) rather than directly, so the rati is present but obstructed.

dhig astu me bhuja-dvandvaṁ bhīmasya parighopamam |
dhik astua curse be — 'shame on' dhik takes the accusative that follows; astu = 'let there be'धिक्कार हो — 'धिक्' आगे आने वाले कर्म (द्वितीया) को लेता है, 'अस्तु' अर्थात् 'हो'
memy genitive; the speaker is Bhīma, naming himself in the next wordमेरी — षष्ठी; बोलने वाला भीम है, जो अगले पद में अपना नाम लेता है
bhīmasyaof me, Bhīma genitive in apposition to me — 'my, Bhīma's'भीम की — 'मे' के समानाधिकरण में षष्ठी, अर्थात् 'मेरी, इस भीम की'
parigha-upamamlike an iron bludgeon -upama = 'resembling'; qualifies bhuja-dvandvam, boasting how mighty the arms areपरिघ (लोहदण्ड) के समान — भुजयुगल का विशेषण, उनकी दृढ़ता-बल का गर्वपूर्वक वर्णन
me bhīmasya parigha-upamam bhuja-dvandvaṁ — my, Bhīma's, pair of arms, like iron bludgeons; dhik astu — a curse be upon them.
A curse on this pair of arms of mine — Bhīma's arms, mighty as a pair of iron bludgeons!
An udāharaṇa of vyavahita (2.4.210): the speaker is Bhīma. His overt emotion is fury; his rati for Kṛṣṇa is nourished only through it, hence 'secondary' and mediated. The self-curse in this line sets up the reason given in L3.

mādhavākṣepiṇaṁ duṣṭaṁ yat pinaṣṭi na cedipam ||
mādhava-ākṣepiṇaṁwho reviles Mādhava (Kṛṣṇa) — hurls insults at himमाधव (कृष्ण) का तिरस्कार करने वाले को
duṣṭaṁthe wicked oneदुष्ट को
cedipamCedipa — the lord of Cedi (Śiśupāla)चेदिराज (शिशुपाल) को
yatsince [these arms] relative; antecedent is bhuja-dvandvam of L2 — the reason the arms deserve the curseजो — इसका विशेष्य L2 का भुजयुगल है, अर्थात् जिस कारण से भुजाएँ धिक्कार के योग्य हैं
na pinaṣṭido not grind him to bits na negates pinaṣṭi; the failure to act is what earns the curseनहीं पीसतीं — 'न' 'पिनष्टि' का निषेध करता है; न पीसने की यही असमर्थता धिक्कार का कारण है
yat — since [these arms]; mādhava-ākṣepiṇaṁ duṣṭaṁ cedipam — the wicked Cedipa, reviler of Mādhava; na pinaṣṭi — do not grind to bits.
For these arms do not grind to powder the wicked Cedipa — Śiśupāla — who hurls insults at Mādhava! Bhīma's rage at the offender is really his love for Kṛṣṇa, reaching Kṛṣṇa only through the anger; that indirectness is what makes the rati vyavahita.
