bodhaḥawakening — coming back to one's senses (the vyabhicāri-bhāva being defined)बोध — होश में आना, सुध लौट आना
moha-kṣayātarising when the spell of bewilderment (moha) breaks ablative of cause — the awakening comes 'from' the fainting-spell's collapseमोह (मूर्च्छा) के नष्ट होने के कारण
śabda-gandha-sparśa-rasaiḥbrought on by the sound, smell, touch, and taste instrumental of means — these sense-contacts are what dispel the mohaशब्द, गन्ध, स्पर्श और रस — इन विषय-सम्पर्कों के द्वारा (क्योंकि ये ही मोह को दूर करते हैं)
hareḥof Hari — it is his sound, his fragrance, his touch, his savor genitive governing all four sense-objects, though it stands at the line's endहरि (कृष्ण) के — इन चारों विषयों का सम्बन्ध कृष्ण से ही है
bodhaḥ — awakening; hareḥ śabda-gandha-sparśa-rasaiḥ — by Hari's sound, smell, touch, and taste; moha-kṣayāt — once bewilderment falls away
Bodha is the awakening — coming to oneself again after being lost in bewilderment. What breaks the spell is contact with Hari: his sound, his fragrance, his touch, his taste. When the moha collapses under one of these, the person comes to.
The lakṣaṇa of bodha, 'awakening / coming to one's senses,' one of the vyabhicāri-bhāvas (transient feelings) catalogued in the caturtha-laharī, 2.4.

And this awakening shows itself outwardly: the eyes open, the hairs stand on end, the body lifts and rises up, and so on. So bodha is defined by both its cause — the breaking of bewilderment through Hari's presence — and these signs it brings about.
-kṛt closes the compound as 'the doer/producer of' the listed effects; ādi leaves the list open.

No comment is offered on this verse; the running commentary just notes that it was passed over.
A bare 'nothing explained here' notice — the verse is left to stand on its own words.

Viśvanātha simply restrings the verse in plain prose order: through Hari's sound and the other sense-contacts the bewilderment breaks; the awakening that arises from this then produces the opening of the eyes and the other signs. He adds nothing beyond straightening the syntax.
A minimal anvaya-gloss — Viśvanātha only recasts the mūla in prose order, supplying 'utpannaḥ' to link cause and effect.
