nānārtha-anubhava-ātmikāconsists of experiencing many different objectsऔर जिसका स्वरूप नाना पदार्थों का अनुभव करना है
suptiḥ — supti; nidrā-vibhāvā — has sleep as its cause; nānārtha-anubhava-ātmikā — and consists of experiencing many different objects; syāt — would be.
Supti, dream-sleep, is the state that arises with sleep (nidrā) as its trigger. Its very nature is that one experiences many different objects while in it.
The lakṣaṇa of supti, the 32nd of the vyabhicāri-bhāvas (per the lead-in 'atha suptiḥ'). Here supti means dreaming sleep, distinguished from plain nidrā by this experiencing of objects.

Jīva: supti is not a separate emotion from nidrā. It is only a particular phase of sleep, and Rūpa is here giving that phase a second name.
Jīva reads 177 as continuous with the preceding nidrā verse: supti is a sub-state of nidrā, not a new item.

Jīva unpacks the word vibhāvā by splitting it as vi + bhāva: the state in which there is manifold bhāva, that is, varied mental imagining. So vibhāvā names the state where the mind pictures many things.
Jīva glosses vibhāvā not by the technical 'vibhāva = cause' but by parsing vi- ('manifold') + bhāva ('imagining, bhāvanā'), matching the 'nānārtha-anubhava' of the mūla.

Jīva: the state is not defined by vibhāvā alone. It carries a second qualifier too, the phrase 'nānārtha-anubhava-ātmikā', experiencing many objects. Both descriptions together fix what supti is.

Jīva concludes: so sleep of exactly this kind, carrying both marks, is what gets the name supti, plain dreaming (svapna). That is the meaning of the verse.

Viśvanātha, like Jīva, takes supti as only a phase of nidrā that Rūpa is now naming separately.
Viśvanātha's opening here is verbatim with Jīva's on this verse.

Viśvanātha parses vibhāvā the same way: vi + bhāva, the state holding manifold imagining. The word points to the mind picturing many things in sleep.

tathā ca — accordingly; nidrāyām — in plain sleep; kevalaṁ śrī-kṛṣṇasya eva sphūrtiḥ — Kṛṣṇa alone shines forth; suptau ca — but in supti; līlā-ādi-sahitasya sphūrtiḥ — he shines forth together with his pastimes and the rest; iti bhedaḥ jñeyaḥ — this is the difference to be grasped.

Viśvanātha draws the line between the two states in a devotional key. In nidrā, only Śrī Kṛṣṇa himself appears to the devotee's mind. In supti, he appears together with his līlā and the rest, a fuller, story-filled vision. That, he says, is the difference to grasp. This is what the mūla's 'experiencing many objects' means for a devotee.
Viśvanātha's distinctive point: he reads the nidrā/supti contrast as the difference between a bare vision of Kṛṣṇa and a vision of Kṛṣṇa amid his pastimes. Jīva does not add this devotional gloss.
