Husbands, sons, family elders, brothers, relatives — the gopīs name the entire circle of kin they broke past.
An udāharaṇa of amarṣa (indignation / intolerance, the 28th vyabhicāri, defined at 2.4.159 'adhikṣepāpamānādeḥ syād amarṣo'sahiṣṇutā'). This verse illustrates amarṣa arising from vañcana (deception) — the 'ādi' of that definition's cause-list, per the lead-in 'ādi-śabdād vañcanād api.' Viśvanātha marks the mood at s1: the shut-in gopīs speak 'serṣyam,' with indignation.

'kitava' carries a śleṣa that Viśvanātha unfolds in the two readings of s5–s6: a cheat (vañcaka) and a madman (matta).

'Knowers of the goal' means: we know our own final, tenth state — the last stage of love, at death's door. And 'anti' means near: those women are we, and we have come right up to your side.
The 'tenth state' (daśamī daśā) is the last of the ten graded stages of love-in-separation, which ends in death — so 'we know the goal' is grimly literal.

Or read it a second way: 'O cheat — no, O madman! What young man would ever turn away young women who came by night? So you, the deceiver, have ended up the deceived.' Do not fold this into the first reading: here 'kitava' is heard as 'mad,' and the taunt inverts — the cheater is out-cheated.

The whole verse pivots on the śleṣa of 'kitava': cheat (s5) and madman (s6). Viśvanātha leaves both readings standing side by side.
