govindaṁ gṛham ānīya deva-deveśam ādṛtaḥ |
govindamGovinda (Kṛṣṇa) — the one brought inगोविन्द को (कर्म)
gṛhaminto his home accusative of goal with ānīyaघर में — लाने का लक्ष्य, आनीय के साथ
ānīyahaving brought him inलाकर
deva-deveśamthe Lord of the lords of the gods — same Govinda, named again for his greatness accusative in apposition to govindamदेवों के भी देव उस ईश को — गोविन्द के समानाधिकरण में
ādṛtaḥfull of reverence, the king nominative, describing nṛpaḥ in L2आदर से भरा हुआ — कर्ता, L2 के नृप का विशेषण
ādṛtaḥ (nṛpaḥ) — the reverent king; deva-deveśam govindam — Govinda, the Lord of the lords of the gods; gṛham ānīya — having brought into his home
The king, full of reverence, brought Govinda — the Lord of even the lords of the gods — into his own home. The verse names Kṛṣṇa twice over, first as Govinda and then as "Lord of the lords of the gods," to mark just how great a guest this is.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse, Bhāgavatam 10.71.40) of harṣa, "joy," one of the transient emotions (vyabhicāri-bhāva) of this fourth laharī. The lead-in names its cause: iṣṭa-īkṣaṇa, "seeing the one you long for" — here the king setting eyes on Kṛṣṇa arrived in his house. The joy will show itself in L2 as his forgetting what to do.

pūjāyāmwhen it came to the worship locative, the sphere in which he was at a lossपूजा के विषय में — सप्तमी, जिसमें वह असमंजस में पड़ा
na avidatdid not knowनहीं जान पाया
kṛtyamwhat he was supposed to do, his taskक्या करना चाहिए, वह कर्तव्य
pramāda-upahataḥbecause he was swept away by rapture instrumental-sense compound of cause; pramāda = the overwhelming daze of joyक्योंकि प्रमाद से अभिभूत था — प्रमाद अर्थात् हर्ष का छा जाने वाला आवेश
nṛpaḥthe kingवह राजा
pramāda-upahataḥ nṛpaḥ — the king, swept away by rapture; pūjāyām kṛtyam — his task in the worship; na avidat — did not know
Swept away by sheer rapture, the king could not tell what to do next in the worship. Joy at seeing his beloved guest so overwhelmed him that the very ritual he had prepared slipped his grip. That helpless forgetting is the mark of harṣa carried to its peak.
