asau — she (Rādhā); kadācit — once; antar-gatam khedāgniṁ — the fire of grief lodged within her; vighaṭayitum — in order to put it out.
Once, to put out the fire of grief burning inside her, she — Rādhā — set out.
An udāharaṇa of moha ("swoon, stupefaction of the heart"), the fourteenth of the thirty-three vyabhicāri-bhāvas, defined just above at 2.4.92; the lead-in fixes this as the sub-case of moha arising viśleṣāt, "from separation." The verse is Rūpa Gosvāmī's own Haṁsadūta 3, describing Rādhā in separation from Kṛṣṇa.

Because she caught sight, after so long, of the familiar bower, her awareness...

kuṭīraḥ latā-gṛhamkuṭīra means a bower of creepers'कुटीर' का अर्थ है लता-गृह, लताओं का कुंज
tad-avakalanātbecause she looked upon that [bower] ablative of cause — Jīva's paraphrase of the mūla's paricita-kuṭīra-kalanātउसके दिखाई देने के कारण
suṣupteḥ tulyatvātbecause it is just like deep sleep ablative of reason — this is why the verse can call it suṣupti's friendसुषुप्ति के समान होने के कारण
priya-sakhī iva[it is spoken of] as though a dear friend [of deep sleep]प्रिय सखी के समान
yā avasthā moha-rūpāthe state which takes the form of moha (a swoon)जो मोह-रूप अवस्था है
sā cittaṁ tastāra acchāditavatīthat [state] spread over her awareness — that is, covered it overउसने चित्त को आच्छादित कर लिया
atra kuṭīraḥ latā-gṛham — here kuṭīra means a bower of creepers; tad-avakalanāt — from her seeing it; suṣupteḥ tulyatvāt priya-sakhī iva yā avasthā moha-rūpā — the moha-shaped state that, being just like deep sleep, is spoken of as its dear friend; sā cittaṁ tastāra acchāditavatī — it spread over and blanketed her awareness.
Jīva fixes the words. kuṭīra means a bower of creepers; it is her looking on it that sets things off. And the state is called deep sleep's "dear friend" because it is exactly like deep sleep. That state — a swoon (moha) — spread over her awareness and covered it up.

Viśvanātha names the players. asau is Rādhā. The grief she carries is the fire of separation from Kṛṣṇa gone to Mathurā, and she comes to the Yamunā bank to drive it off.

cira-kālaṁ vyāpya śrī-kṛṣṇena saha vihārāt paricitā yā yāmuna-taṭī — the Yamunā bank made familiar through long play with Śrī Kṛṣṇa; tasyā darśanāt — from seeing it; suṣupteḥ priya-sakhī tat-samānā ity arthaḥ — "deep sleep's dear friend" meaning much like deep sleep; avasthā mūrcchā tasyāḥ cittaṁ tastāra acchāditavatī — a fainting-state spread over and covered her awareness.
Viśvanātha explains the swoon. Over a long time of playing there with Kṛṣṇa, the Yamunā bank had grown familiar; the very sight of it now undoes her. "Deep sleep's dear friend" just means: something all but the same as deep sleep. The state is a fainting-swoon (mūrcchā), and it spread over her awareness and blanketed it. Note that Viśvanātha reads the familiar object as the Yamunā bank itself, where Jīva took it to be the kuṭīra, the bower.
