nirucchvasita-rītayo vighaṭitākṣipa-kṣma-kriyā
nirucchvasita-rītayaḥthe women whose ways of breathing had gone still — no breath moving in or outजिनकी श्वास लेने की रीति ही निकल गई — अर्थात् साँस लेना ही रुक गया
vighaṭitākṣi-pakṣma-kriyāḥand whose eyelashes had stopped working — the winking of the eyes had come apart, undone bahuvrīhi describing the same women; vighaṭita- = 'broken off, undone'जिनकी पलकों का हिलना (आँख झपकना) टूट-सा गया, बन्द हो गया
nirucchvasita-rītayaḥ — those whose courses of breathing had gone out; vighaṭita-akṣi-pakṣma-kriyāḥ — those whose eyelash-movement had stopped.
First the outer signs of the stupor. Their breathing had gone quiet — no breath going in or out. Their eyes had stopped blinking, the lashes frozen.
An udāharaṇa of jaḍatā (stupor, stunned inertness), a vyabhicāri-bhāva treated in this fourth laharī; lead-in yathā vā marks it as a further example. Viśvanātha (s2) glosses the closing 'golden-statue beauty' straight out as jāḍyam, 'stupor', naming the mood being illustrated.

nirīha-nikhilendriyāḥ pratinivṛtta-cid-vṛttayaḥ |
nirīha-nikhilendriyāḥevery one of their senses had gone idle, doing nothingजिनकी समस्त इन्द्रियाँ चेष्टारहित हो गईं — किसी में कोई हलचल नहीं
pratinivṛtta-cid-vṛttayaḥand the workings of their mind had turned back and stopped prati-nivṛtta = 'turned back, withdrawn'; cid-vṛtti = the activity of the thinking mindजिनके चित्त की वृत्ति ही पीछे लौटकर थम गई — मन का व्यापार रुक गया
nirīha-nikhila-indriyāḥ — those all of whose senses were effortless, inert; pratinivṛtta-cid-vṛttayaḥ — those whose mental activity had wholly withdrawn.
Now the inner signs. Not one sense was doing its job — all of them had gone slack. And the mind's own activity had folded back and shut down.
Two levels of the stupor: L1 the body's outer functions (breath, blinking), L2 the senses and the mind — the jaḍatā runs all the way in.

kuru-maṇḍale — at Kurukṣetra; rahasi — in a private spot; puṇḍarīka-īkṣaṇam avekṣya — on catching sight of the lotus-eyed one.
And what brought it on: at Kurukṣetra, in a secluded spot, they caught sight of lotus-eyed Kṛṣṇa. That sight is the cause of everything in the first two lines.
The setting is the Kurukṣetra reunion — the gopīs meeting Kṛṣṇa long after his departure from Vraja.

kanaka-śālabhañjī-śriyamthe look of a golden statue object; śālabhañjī = a carved figure/statue (glossed pratimā below)सोने की गढ़ी हुई मूर्ति की-सी शोभा को
vraja-ambuja-dṛśaḥ — the lotus-eyed women of Vraja; kanaka-śālabhañjī-śriyam abhajan — took on the look of a golden statue.
So the lotus-eyed women of Vraja came to look exactly like golden statues — standing there gilded and motionless. That statue-stillness is the stupor (jaḍatā) this verse illustrates.
The verse turns on the picture: living women reduced to the stillness of a cast-gold figure. Viśvanātha reads kanaka-śālabhañjī-śriyam itself as jāḍyam, 'stupor' (s2).

Jīva just unpacks the compound. nirucchvasita-rītayaḥ is a bahuvrīhi: the women 'from whom the courses (rītis, i.e. pracārāḥ) of the breaths have gone out.' Breath itself has stopped moving in them.

pratimāmeans a statue, a carved imageप्रतिमा अर्थात् गढ़ी हुई मूर्ति
śālabhañjī — pratimā: śālabhañjī means a statue.
A one-word gloss: śālabhañjī = pratimā, a statue or carved image. So kanaka-śālabhañjī is a statue of gold.

Viśvanātha reads the same bahuvrīhi and adds the setting up front: at Kurukṣetra, on seeing Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the lovely women of Vraja became 'those from whom the courses of breathing had gone out.' He spells ucchvasita as śvāsa-praśvāsa — the drawing in and letting out of breath.

Viśvanātha decodes the last phrase. kanaka-śālabhañjī = a golden statue; its 'beauty' (śrī) that the women took on means, in effect, jāḍyam — stupor, statue-like stiffness. This is the line that names the mood: the whole verse is an illustration of jaḍatā.
