na tathānot so much (paired with the yathā of line 4) tathā…yathā correlative: 'not so… as…'
mama ārtimmy anguish (what is proclaimed)मेरी पीड़ा को
uccaiḥloudly, to such a pitchअत्यन्त तीव्रता से
sahacari — O friend; vallava-candra-viprayogaḥ — the parting from the cowherds' moon; mama ārtim — my anguish; tathā uccaiḥ na prathayati — does not proclaim so loudly; yathā — as does; kaṭubhiḥ asura-maṇḍalaiḥ parīte — surrounded by cruel demon-hordes; danuja-pateḥ nagare — in the demon-king's city; asya vāsaḥ — his dwelling.
O friend, my parting from Kṛṣṇa does not cry out my anguish nearly so loudly as this does: that he is living in the demon-king's city, ringed by cruel packs of demons.
An udāharaṇa placed under para-krauryeṇa, 'through the cruelty of others' (the lead-in) — an illustrative verse (Padyāvalī 331) of a vyabhicāri-bhāva, Rādhā's affection-born apprehension (āśaṅkā), stirred not by separation itself but by the danger of Kṛṣṇa dwelling among cruel demons.

vallava-candra-viprayogaḥthe separation from the cowherds' moon (= Kṛṣṇa) — the subject of 'does not proclaim' vallava-candra 'moon of the cowherds' = Kṛṣṇa; viprayoga = partingगोपों के चन्द्र (कृष्ण) का वियोग
sahacari — O friend; vallava-candra-viprayogaḥ — the parting from Kṛṣṇa, moon of the cowherds — [is the thing that] does not proclaim my anguish so loudly.
She names the first thing: separation from Kṛṣṇa, the moon of the cowherds. That parting, she says, is not what wounds her most.

It is his living there — in the demon-king's city, hemmed in by savage demons — that shouts out my anguish. The parting itself is nothing beside my fear for him.

kaṭubhir iti — as for the 'kaṭubhiḥ' line; tadānīm — at that time; asambhavam api — though harm is impossible; sneha-mātreṇa — purely from affection; āśaṅkate — she still dreads it.
Jīva: on the third line — at that time no harm could actually reach Kṛṣṇa. Yet purely out of love she dreads it all the same. The fear is groundless; affection alone produces it.

And this, Jīva says, follows a familiar maxim: the hearts of those who love always fear the worst.
Why cited: A nyāya adduced to justify why Rādhā's dread, though groundless, is natural — loving hearts anticipate misfortune.

Viśvanātha spells out the groundlessness: by then every demon in Mathurā had already been killed. There was nothing left to fear. Yet purely out of love she dreads for him still — for, as the maxim goes, loving hearts always anticipate misfortune.
Viśvanātha names the specific ground Jīva left as 'asambhavam api': the danger is impossible because the Mathurā demons are already slain — and he seals it with the same nyāya Jīva quotes.
