sa-tarṇakaṁ ḍimbha-kadambakaṁ
sa-tarṇakaṁalong with the calvesबछड़ों सहित
ḍimbha-kadambakaṁthe whole crowd of little boys (the object he is carrying off) accusative — what Brahmā stealsबालकों के समूह को (जिसे वह चुरा ले जाता है)
sa-tarṇakaṁ ḍimbha-kadambakaṁ — the crowd of little boys, together with the calves
The little cowherd boys, calves and all.
An udāharaṇa illustrating a vyabhicāri-bhāva arising from cauryam ('stealth, theft'), per the lead-in tatra cauryād yathā — the wary, darting alertness of a thief. The scene is Brahmā carrying off Kṛṣṇa's boys and calves and then glancing about as he tries to slip away.

sa-dambham ambhoruha-sambhavas tadā |
sa-dambhamdeceitfully, by a trick adverbial accusative — how he takes themछलपूर्वक (जिस प्रकार वह उन्हें लेता है)
ambhoruha-sambhavaḥthe lotus-born one — Brahmā (so Viśvanātha), the one who does it nominative subject; lit. 'born from the lotus'कमल से उत्पन्न ब्रह्मा (कर्ता)
tadāat that time, thenतब
ambhoruha-sambhavaḥ — Brahmā; tadā — then; sa-dambham — deceitfully
Then Brahmā, the lotus-born, deceitfully carries them off. Viśvanātha spells out ambhoruha-sambhavaḥ as brahmā.

tirobhaviṣyan haritaś calekṣaṇair
tirobhaviṣyanabout to vanish, on the point of disappearing future active participle — his intention as he actsअन्तर्धान होने की इच्छा रखता हुआ
haritaḥaway from Hari's presence (Viśvanātha: hareḥ sakāśāt) ablative; same word recurs in L4 with a different sense — see the śleṣaहरि (कृष्ण) के पास से
cal-ekṣaṇaiḥwith darting, restless eyes (Viśvanātha reads cañcalekṣaṇaiḥ) instrumental — the means of his lookingचंचल नेत्रों के द्वारा
haritaḥ tirobhaviṣyan — about to slip away from Hari; cal-ekṣaṇaiḥ — with restless eyes
About to slip away from Hari, with darting, restless eyes — the give-away nerves of the thief. Note haritaḥ here means 'from Hari'; the identical word returns in the next line meaning 'the directions' — this double use is the verse's point, and Jīva flags it.

aṣṭābhir aṣṭau haritaḥ samīkṣate ||
aṣṭābhirwith the eight (eyes) — Brahmā's four faces give him eight instrumental, agreeing with cal-ekṣaṇaiḥ of L3आठ (नेत्रों) के द्वारा
aṣṭau haritaḥthe eight directions (Viśvanātha: aṣṭau haritaḥ = diśaḥ) — what he scans accusative object; haritaḥ = diśaḥ here, not 'from Hari' as in L3आठों दिशाओं को (यहाँ 'हरितः' का अर्थ दिशाएँ है)
samīkṣatehe looks all around, surveysभलीभाँति देखता है
aṣṭābhiḥ — with his eight (eyes); aṣṭau haritaḥ — the eight directions; samīkṣate — he scans all round
With his eight eyes he scans all eight directions at once. Here haritaḥ means 'the directions' — the same word that meant 'from Hari' one line up.

haritaḥ hareḥ sakāśāt, punar harito diśaḥ ||
haritaḥthe word haritaḥ (first occurrence, in L3)'हरितः' शब्द (का एक अर्थ)
hareḥ sakāśātmeans 'from Hari's presence'हरि के पास से
punaragain — the same word, second occurrence (in L4)फिर (दूसरी बार आया 'हरितः')
haritaḥharitaḥ (this time)'हरितः' शब्द (का दूसरा अर्थ)
diśaḥmeans 'the directions'दिशाएँ
haritaḥ — hareḥ sakāśāt (from Hari); punar haritaḥ — diśaḥ (the directions)
Jīva pins down the play on words: the one word haritaḥ is used twice with two senses — first 'from Hari', then 'the directions'. That double use is the whole flavour of the verse.

Viśvanātha walks the whole picture through: Brahmā (the lotus-born) is stealing the crowd of boys and calves by a trick, and to make his getaway from Hari he scans all eight directions with his eight restless eyes. He glosses tarṇaka as 'calf', ḍimbha-kadambaka as 'the pack of boys', unpacks sa-dambham into 'so as to be deceitful', and takes the second haritaḥ as 'the directions'.
