gumphantu gopāḥ kusumaiḥ sugandhibhir
gumphantulet them string / weave together 3rd-person plural imperative — a concessive 'let them go ahead and…', set up against the 'but' of line
kusumaiḥ sugandhibhiḥwith fragrant flowers instrumental of the material they string with; continues into dhṛta-rāmaṇīyakaiḥ in line
gopāḥ — the cowherd boys; sugandhibhiḥ kusumaiḥ — with fragrant flowers; gumphantu — let them string.
Let the cowherd boys go ahead and string garlands with fragrant flowers.
An udāharaṇa illustrating guṇa (excellence) as the exciting cause of love for Kṛṣṇa — the third in this run of examples (saubhāgya 2.4.43, rūpa-tāruṇya 2.4.44, guṇa 2.4.45), per the lead-in 'guṇena, yathā'. Spoken by a gopī (see madīyām 'mine' in line 4).

dāmāni kāmaṁ dhṛta-rāmaṇīyakaiḥ |
dāmānigarlands (the thing being strung)मालाएँ
kāmaṁas much as they please, to their heart's content adverbial accusative — 'let them string all they like'जितनी इच्छा हो उतनी (क्रियाविशेषण — 'जी भरकर गूँथें')
dhṛta-rāmaṇīyakaiḥ[with flowers] that carry captured loveliness instrumental, modifying kusumaiḥ of line 1 — 'flowers in which beauty has been caught and held'जिन्होंने सौन्दर्य को धारण कर रखा है ऐसे (पुष्पों से — यह पहली पंक्ति के 'kusumaiḥ' का विशेषण है)
kāmaṁ — to their heart's content; dhṛta-rāmaṇīyakaiḥ [kusumaiḥ] — with flowers that carry captured loveliness; dāmāni — garlands.
They can weave garlands to their heart's content, out of flowers holding all their loveliness.

nidhāsyate kintu sa-tṛṣṇam agrataḥ
nidhāsyatehe will set, will lay [it] future, middle voice — the payoff verb, held back to the end; its subject Kṛṣṇa and object 'my garland' come in line
kintubut — the turn: against all their fine work, this one thingपरन्तु
sa-tṛṣṇamthirstily, with eager longing adverbial (sa- 'with' + tṛṣṇā 'thirst') — how he lays it onलालसा के साथ ('sa-' अर्थात् सहित + 'tṛṣṇā' अर्थात् प्यास — किस भाव से वह रखता है)
agrataḥright in front, ahead of all the restसामने
kintu — but; agrataḥ — ahead of them all; sa-tṛṣṇam — eagerly, with longing; nidhāsyate — he will lay [it].
But before all of those, and with real longing, he will lay one garland down.

kṛṣṇo madīyāṁ hṛdi vismitaḥ srajam ||
kṛṣṇaḥKṛṣṇa (subject of nidhāsyate)कृष्ण
madīyāṁ ... srajammy garland — mine and no one else's (object)मेरी माला
hṛdion his heart / his chest locative of the spot where he lays itहृदय पर (सप्तमी — जहाँ वह रखता है)
vismitaḥamazed, struck with wonder predicate nominative describing Kṛṣṇa — his astonishment is the point the guṇa (excellence) draws out of himविस्मित होकर (कृष्ण का विशेषण — यह विस्मय ही वह भाव है जिसे गुण उनमें जगाता है)
kṛṣṇaḥ — Kṛṣṇa; vismitaḥ — amazed; madīyāṁ srajam — my garland; hṛdi — on his heart; [nidhāsyate — he will lay].
Kṛṣṇa, amazed, will lay MY garland on his heart. Her point: the sheer excellence of her work leaves even Kṛṣṇa astonished and singles it out from all the rest.

dhṛtaṁ rāmaṇīyakaṁ ramaṇīyatvaṁ yais taiḥ kusumaiḥ dāmāni gopāḥ gumphantu, kintu madīyām eva srajaṁ kṛṣṇo hṛdi nidhāsyate ||
dhṛtaṁ rāmaṇīyakaṁ ramaṇīyatvaṁ yais taiḥ kusumaiḥunpacking the compound dhṛta-rāmaṇīyaka: 'flowers by which loveliness (rāmaṇīyaka = ramaṇīyatva) is held' — i.e. flowers that carry beauty bahuvrīhi resolved with yais taiḥ ('by which … by those'); he equates rāmaṇīyaka with the plainer ramaṇīyatvaजिन पुष्पों ने रामणीयक अर्थात् रमणीयता (सौन्दर्य) को धारण कर रखा है, उन पुष्पों से (बहुव्रीहि को 'yais taiḥ' से खोला गया है; वे 'रामणीयक' को सीधे-सादे 'रमणीयत्व' से समझाते हैं)
dāmāni gopāḥ gumphantulet the cowherd boys string garlands [with them]ग्वालबाल मालाएँ गूँथें
kintu madīyām eva srajaṁbut my garland alone (eva) — his eva pins the contrast to 'mine and no other'परन्तु मेरी ही माला को ('eva' अर्थात् 'ही' — और किसी की नहीं)
kṛṣṇo hṛdi nidhāsyateKṛṣṇa will lay [it] on his heartकृष्ण हृदय पर रख लेंगे
yais dhṛtaṁ rāmaṇīyakaṁ (= ramaṇīyatvaṁ) taiḥ kusumaiḥ — with flowers that carry loveliness; gopāḥ dāmāni gumphantu — let the cowherds string garlands; kintu madīyām eva srajaṁ — but my garland alone; kṛṣṇaḥ hṛdi nidhāsyate — Kṛṣṇa will lay on his heart.
Viśvanātha reads the verse straight through. The flowers 'holding loveliness' just means flowers that carry beauty. Let the cowherds string their garlands from them. But it is my garland alone that Kṛṣṇa will place on his heart. His added eva ('alone') sharpens the gopī's claim: not any garland, only hers.
