An udāharaṇa of dīnatā arising from duḥkha (distress) — the lead-in 'tatra duḥkhena' — quoted from Śrī Daśama (Bhāgavata 10.51.57); Viśvanātha (s2) identifies it as Mucukunda's prayer to Kṛṣṇa.

My six enemies, the passions, were never once satisfied — yet somehow, at long last, I have found peace.
जिसके छह शत्रु (काम आदि) कभी तृप्त नहीं हुए, ऐसा मैं किसी प्रकार शान्ति को पा सका।
The 'six enemies' are the passions (kāma and the rest); their being 'unsated' is why the long torment of L3 never ended on its own.
'छह शत्रु' काम आदि विकार हैं; उनका अतृप्त बने रहना ही वह कारण है जिससे L3 का दीर्घ संताप स्वयं कभी समाप्त नहीं हुआ।

The turn from despair to refuge: the vocatives name Kṛṣṇa as the one who can give what the world could not.
