bhavatu mādhava-jalpam aśṛṇvatoḥ
bhavatulet there be (she wishes it on herself)हो जाए, हो ही जाने दो
mādhava-jalpamMādhava's talk, his chatter — the thing they fail to catch accusative, object of aśṛṇvatoḥमाधव की बातों को (जिन्हें ये नहीं सुनते) — कर्म
aśṛṇvatoḥof the two that do not hear it genitive dual, agreeing with śravaṇayoḥ in L2 — 'of my two ears which fail to hear'न सुनने वाले, ऐसे (मेरे दोनों कानों के) — षष्ठी द्विवचन
mādhava-jalpam — Mādhava's talk; aśṛṇvatoḥ — of the two [ears] not hearing [it]; bhavatu — let there be…
bhavatu — हो जाए; mādhava-jalpam — माधव की बातें (जो कर्म हैं); aśṛṇvatoḥ — जो उन्हें नहीं सुनते, ऐसे मेरे दोनों कानों के
Let it come — she starts a wish aimed at her own ears, the pair that never catch a word of Mādhava's talk.
जो माधव की बातें तक नहीं सुन पाते, मेरे उन दोनों कानों को (बहरापन) हो ही जाए।
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse), quoted from Dāna-keli-kaumudī 20, opening this unit of the caturtha-laharī on the vyabhicāri-bhāvas (the passing moods, 2.4). A gopī in separation curses her own senses for failing to reach Kṛṣṇa — the self-reproaching despair that the laharī is cataloguing.

aśravaṇir ity-ādi-rūpam, ākrośe nañy aniḥ ||
aśravaṇiḥ ity-ādi-rūpamforms like 'aśravaṇiḥ' (and 'avilocaniḥ')'अश्रवणिः' इत्यादि जो रूप हैं (उनकी सिद्धि इस प्रकार है)
ākrośewhen the sense is a curse locative, the condition under which the rule firesशाप/आक्रोश के अर्थ में — सप्तमी, वह स्थिति जिसमें यह विधान लागू होता है
nañ-iafter the negative particle nañ (the a-) locative, 'when nañ precedes'नञ् (निषेधवाची) के पूर्व रहने पर — सप्तमी
aniḥthe affix ani is added'अनि' प्रत्यय (होता है)
aśravaṇiḥ ity-ādi-rūpam — forms like aśravaṇiḥ [are made because]; ākrośe — in a curse; nañ-i — after nañ; aniḥ — the affix ani applies.
aśravaṇiḥ ity-ādi-rūpam — 'अश्रवणिः' आदि रूप; ākrośe nañ-i — आक्रोश के अर्थ में, नञ् पूर्व होने पर; aniḥ — 'अनि' प्रत्यय होता है
Jīva just flags the grammar of the odd words. Forms like aśravaṇi and avilocani come from Pāṇini's rule 'ākrośe nañy aniḥ' — when you are cursing, the affix ani attaches after the negative nañ. So aśravaṇi is literally a curse-coinage, 'may there be no hearing!'
'अश्रवणिः' आदि रूप ऐसे बनते हैं — आक्रोश (शाप) के अर्थ में, नञ् के पूर्व रहने पर 'अनि' प्रत्यय होता है।
Why cited: Pāṇini 3.3.112, cited to license the curse-forms aśravaṇi/avilocani — the affix ani after nañ in the sense of cursing.
क्यों उद्धृत: जीव यहाँ पाणिनि (३.३.११२) का सूत्र देते हैं, जिससे 'अश्रवणि'/'अविलोचनि' जैसे शाप-रूप सिद्ध होते हैं — आक्रोश के अर्थ में नञ् के बाद 'अनि' प्रत्यय।
