giri-sannibha-malla-cakra-ruddhaṁ — [the son,] hemmed in by a ring of mountain-like wrestlers.
Her son stands ringed by wrestlers as big as mountains, with no way out.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of stambha — the paralysis of the limbs — the sāttvika-bhāva born of bhaya (fear), per the lead-in 'bhayād, yathā—'. The whole verse builds to niścalāṅgī in L4: fear freezes the mother's body.

parārdhyam[a son] worth even more than that, priceless accusative, qualifies tanayaṁ (L3); wordplay on parārdha just before it(उससे भी) अधिक मूल्यवान — द्वितीया, L3 के तनय का विशेषण; ठीक पहले आए परार्ध पर श्लेष
purataḥ — before her eyes; prāṇa-parārdhataḥ parārdhyam — [a son] more precious even than a countless number of lives.
There, right in front of her, is a son worth more than countless lives — more precious than she could ever count.
parārdha is a huge unit in the old Indian numeration (10^17). The verse puns: prāṇa-parārdha, 'a parārdha of lives', then parārdhya, 'priced beyond even that'.

jananī — the mother; tanayaṁ samīkṣya — the moment she looked at her son; śuṣyan-[nayanā] — her eyes going dry.
The mother looked at her son — and the instant she did, her eyes began to go dry.
śuṣyan runs on into L4 as the compound śuṣyan-nayanā, 'whose eyes are drying'.

Her eyes dried up and — alas — her whole body went stiff; she could not move. That rigidity is the stambha the verse is illustrating.
niścalāṅgī — 'motionless-limbed' — is the stambha itself: the sāttvika-bhāva named by this udāharaṇa, here springing from bhaya.

Jīva unpacks the verse's parārdhyam: the son is worth more even than a parārdha — a countless number — of lives. His value is endless; he is dearer than anything. That, says Jīva, is the meaning.
