L1definition
uddīpanās tu te proktā bhāvam uddīpayanti ye |
uddīpanāḥthe uddīpanas — the "kindlers," the things that light up the emotionउद्दीपन (भाव को उद्दीप्त करने वाले विभाव)
tunow (turning to a new topic) tu here is transitional — "now, as for these," not adversative "but."
proktāḥare called, are declared [to be uddīpanas]कहे गए हैं
bhāvamthe bhāva — the loving emotionभाव को
uddīpayantiinflame, fan into flameउद्दीप्त करते हैं
yewhich [ones] ye … te — a relative-correlative frame: "which … those."
ye bhāvam uddīpayanti — which inflame the bhāva; te — those; uddīpanāḥ proktāḥ — are called uddīpanas.
Now the uddīpanas. The name itself means "the kindlers." Whatever things fan the loving emotion (bhāva) into flame — those are what we call uddīpanas, the excitants.
The lakṣaṇa (defining statement) of uddīpana-vibhāva, the second kind of vibhāva. The lead-in "atha uddīpanāḥ—" ("now, the uddīpanas—") sets it up.

te tu śrī-kṛṣṇa-candrasya guṇāś ceṣṭāḥ prasādhanam ||
śrī-kṛṣṇa-candrasyaof Śrī Kṛṣṇacandra — belonging to Kṛṣṇa genitive governing all three nouns that follow — his qualities, his deeds, his adornment.
ceṣṭāḥhis activities, his doingsचेष्टाएँ (लीला-व्यापार)
prasādhanamhis adornment — how he is decked outप्रसाधन (शृंगार, साज-सज्जा)
te tu — and these are; śrī-kṛṣṇa-candrasya — Kṛṣṇa's; guṇāḥ ca ceṣṭāḥ prasādhanam — qualities, activities, and adornment.
And what are they, specifically? They are the qualities of Śrī Kṛṣṇacandra, his activities, and his adornment. Three headings cover all the excitants — everything about Kṛṣṇa that stirs the emotion falls under one of these.
L3definition
smitāṅga-saurabhe vaṁśa-śṛṅga-nūpura-kambavaḥ |
smitāṅga-saurabhehis smile, and the fragrance of his body dual — a dvandva of two items: smita (the smile) and aṅga-saurabha (bodily fragrance).
vaṁśa-śṛṅga-nūpura-kambavaḥhis flute, his buffalo-horn bugle, his ankle-bells, and his conch nominative plural dvandva — the list of sound-and-object excitants continues.
smita-aṅga-saurabhe — the smile and bodily fragrance; vaṁśa-śṛṅga-nūpura-kambavaḥ — the flute, horn, anklets, and conch.
Now the concrete list begins: his smile and the fragrance of his body; his flute, his horn, his ankle-bells, and his conch. Each of these, met with, kindles love for Kṛṣṇa.
L4definition
padāṅka-kṣetra-tulasī-bhakta-tad-vāsarādayaḥ ||
padāṅka-kṣetra-tulasī-bhakta-tad-vāsarādayaḥhis footprints, his holy places, tulasī, his devotees, days sacred to him, and so on nominative plural dvandva closed by -ādayaḥ ("and the rest") — the list is open-ended, not exhaustive.
padāṅka-kṣetra-tulasī-bhakta-tad-vāsara-ādayaḥ — his footprints, holy places, tulasī, devotees, his special days, and the rest.
The list continues: his footprints, the holy places [of his pastimes], tulasī, his devotees, and the days sacred to him. The "and so on" (ādayaḥ) leaves it open — these are samples, not the whole tally.
