ātmādy-arpaṇa-kāritvam audāryam iti kīrtyate ||
ātmādy-arpaṇa-kāritvamthe making-someone-offer-himself-and-all-he-has — i.e. it draws others into surrendering their very self and everythingअपने-आप आदि का समर्पण करा देने का जो स्वभाव है — यानी वह भाव जो भक्त से अपना सर्वस्व अर्पित करा देता है

audāryam — generosity; ātmādy-arpaṇa-kāritvam — is the making-someone-offer-himself-and-all-he-has; iti kīrtyate — is thus proclaimed.
This line names one of Kṛṣṇa's qualities: audārya, generosity. It is defined not just as giving, but as being the kind of person who makes others hand over their very self and all they own. That drawing-out of total surrender is what generosity means here.
The lakṣaṇa (defining verse) of audārya, 'generosity', one of Kṛṣṇa's qualities in the vibhāva section (2.1); the illustrative verse (udāharaṇa) follows.

vadānyaḥmore generous — repeated for the comparison picks up the earlier vadānyaḥ; with the ablative that follows it works as a comparative, 'more generous than'उदार — यह पहले वाले वदान्य को फिर उठाता है, और आगे की पंचमी के साथ 'से अधिक उदार' के अर्थ में तुलनात्मक बन जाता है
puruṣottamātthan Puruṣottama (Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Person) ablative of comparison — 'more generous than'पुरुषोत्तम (कृष्ण) से — इस तुलना की पंचमी से अर्थ हुआ 'से अधिक उदार'
atra — here; puruṣottamāt — than Puruṣottama; kaḥ vadānyaḥ — what generous man; vadānyaḥ bhavet — could be more generous.
Who in this world could be more generous than Puruṣottama, Kṛṣṇa? The word 'generous' is said twice — once plainly, once for the comparison — driving home that no one outdoes him. It is a rhetorical question: the answer is no one.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse, introduced by yathā—) of audāryam, 'generosity', the quality defined in the preceding lakṣaṇa (2.1.269).

akiñcanāya yenātmā nirguṇāyāpi dīyate ||
akiñcanāyato a person who has nothing, a pauper dative — the recipient of the givingजिसके पास कुछ भी नहीं, ऐसे अकिंचन को — यही दान पाने वाला है (चतुर्थी)
yenaby whom — i.e. by that very Puruṣottama instrumental relative, agent of the passive dīyate; antecedent is puruṣottamāt of the previous lineजिसके द्वारा — यह कर्मवाच्य दीयते का कर्ता है; इसका पूर्वापर पद पिछली पंक्ति का पुरुषोत्तम है

nirguṇāyato one with no good qualities at all dative, second recipient — paired with akiñcanāyaगुणहीन को — अकिंचन के साथ जोड़ा गया दूसरा पात्र (चतुर्थी)

yena — by whom; akiñcanāya nirguṇāya api — even to a pauper with no good qualities; ātmā — his own self; dīyate — is given.
Here is the proof of that supreme generosity: he gives away his very own self. And to whom? To a person who has nothing, who has not a single good quality. The 'even' pushes it further — not merely his wealth, but himself, and not to the deserving, but to the empty-handed and unworthy. That is why no one is more generous than he.

Jīva Gosvāmī declines to gloss the verse — 'na vyākhyātam' is his whole remark, not an explanation of the text.

puruṣottamād anyaḥ ko vadānyaḥ dātā bhavet tvaṁ vada ||
puruṣottamād anyaḥanyone other than Puruṣottama ablative + anyaḥ — 'other than'; unpacks the verse's ablative of comparison as a plain 'other than'पुरुषोत्तम से भिन्न, उसके अतिरिक्त — मूल की तुलना की पंचमी को यहाँ सीधे 'से भिन्न' के रूप में खोला गया है
kaḥ vadānyaḥ dātā bhavetwho could be a generous giver?
tvaṁ vadayou tell (me) — reading the word vadānya as containing vada, 'speak!' imperative; Viśvanātha hears the imperative vada inside vadānya and voices it outतू बता (विधिलिङ्/आज्ञा) — विश्वनाथ वदान्य शब्द के भीतर छिपे 'वद' को सुनकर उसे प्रकट कर देते हैं
puruṣottamād anyaḥ — other than Puruṣottama; kaḥ vadānyaḥ dātā bhavet — who could be a generous giver; tvaṁ vada — you tell me.
Viśvanātha unpacks the rhetorical question. He glosses 'vadānya' as 'dātā', a giver: who other than Puruṣottama could be so generous a giver? He also draws out the imperative 'vada' ('speak, tell') that sits inside the word vadānya — so the line turns to the listener: 'you tell me.' The challenge stands: name one, if you can.
