Kṛṣṇa is an ocean of every kind of wonderful, auspicious quality. This line closes Rūpa's long listing of those qualities.
Rūpa's own summary verse (2.1.218) sealing the guṇa enumeration; the genitive hangs on kṛṣṇasya in the next line.

Why cited: cited from Bhāgavata 10.14.7 (Brahmā's prayer) as scriptural proof for L2 — that Kṛṣṇa's qualities are past counting, so only a hint could be shown.

guṇā ātmānaḥ svabhāvā yasya tasya — of him whose very nature is his qualities; ... āstāṁ tāvat — never mind counting all of them, or the crores of sub-functions of each; hitāvatīrṇasya — of you descended for the world's good; even the fraction of qualities you manifest here — ka īśire? — who could count? na ke’pi — no one.

Jīva reads guṇātmanaḥ as "his qualities are his very nature," not extras he wears. Then he builds the argument in steps. Forget counting all your endless, manifest, transcendent, innate qualities. Forget even counting the crores of sub-functions inside each single quality. You came down for the good of every living being, and here below you show only a fraction of those qualities. Even that shown-forth fraction — who could count it? Jīva's answer: no one at all.
