savanaśas tad-upadhārya sureśāḥ
savanaśaḥagain and again adverb of repetition — the commentators gloss it vāraṁ vāramबार-बार, पुनः-पुनः
tad-upadhāryahaving heard that [flute-song] absolutive; 'that' points to Kṛṣṇa's veṇu-gītaउस (कृष्ण के वेणु-गीत) को सुनकर
sureśāḥthe lords of the gods [heard it]देवताओं के स्वामी
sureśāḥ — the lords of the gods; savanaśaḥ tad-upadhārya — hearing that [flute-song] again and again;
Hearing Kṛṣṇa's flute again and again, the great gods —
An udāharaṇa illustrating veṇu-mādhuryam, 'the sweetness of the flute' (item 63), quoted from Bhāgavatam 10.35.15.

śakra-śarva-parameṣṭhi-purogāḥled by Indra, Śiva, and Brahmā bahuvrīhi describing sureśāḥ — śakra = Indra, śarva = Śiva, parameṣṭhin = Brahmāजिनमें इन्द्र (शक्र), शिव (शर्व) और ब्रह्मा (परमेष्ठी) आगे हैं
śakra-śarva-parameṣṭhi-purogāḥ — with Indra, Śiva, and Brahmā at their head;
— the ones with Indra, Śiva, and Brahmā at their head —

ānata-kandhara-cittāḥtheir necks and minds bowed down bahuvrīhi — both the neck and the mind bendजिनकी गर्दन और चित्त दोनों झुक गए
kavayaḥ — [though] wise; ānata-kandhara-cittāḥ — their necks and minds bowed low;
though they are wise, their necks bowed and their minds bowed too,
kavi here means 'sage, wise one' — the point of the verse: even the wisest cannot make sense of the flute's sweetness.

they fell into bewilderment, unable to make out what this [flute-sound] even was.

savanaśas tad upadhārya ity ādi — the passage beginning 'savanaśas tad upadhārya'; ante nadyas tad upadhārya ity ādīni ca — and later the verses beginning 'nadyas tad upadhārya'; jñeyāni — should be understood [as illustrating the same thing];
Jīva points out that this is not the only such verse: besides 'savanaśas tad upadhārya' here, the later verse beginning 'nadyas tad upadhārya' — the rivers hearing that same flute — should also be counted as showing the flute's sweetness.
Both quoted openings are from the gopīs' veṇu-gīta (Bhāgavatam 10.35): the gods hearing the flute, and the rivers hearing it.

savanaśaḥ — vāraṁ vāram, again and again; tad-veṇu-gītam — that flute-song [is what they heard]; kaśmalaṁ — moham, bewilderment;
Jīva fills in the words: savanaśaḥ means 'time after time'; what they heard is his flute-song; and kaśmala means bewilderment.
Jīva supplies tad-veṇu-gītam as the unstated object of tad-upadhārya — 'that' in the verse is the flute-song.

aniścita-tattvāḥ means they could not settle even the question 'what is this?' — the reality of it stayed undecided for them.

tad-veṇu-gītaṁ savanaśas savanaśo vāraṁ vāram |
tad-veṇu-gītaṁ[what they heard is] that flute-song of hisउस वेणु-गीत को
savanaśas savanaśaḥ= vāraṁ vāram, again and again reads the word doubled — the reduplication carries the 'over and over' force'सवनशः सवनशः' (शब्द को दोहराकर पढ़ते हैं)
vāraṁ vāramtime after timeअर्थात् बार-बार
tad-veṇu-gītam — that flute-song [is heard]; savanaśas savanaśaḥ — vāraṁ vāram, again and again;
Viśvanātha likewise supplies the flute-song as the object, and reads savanaśas as doubled — savanaśas savanaśaḥ — to bring out 'again and again, time after time.'

kaśmala, he says, means bewilderment.
