yasya prabhā prabhavato jagad-aṇḍa-koṭi-
yasyaof whom relative pronoun in the genitive; its correlative 'tam' (him) lands in L4 — 'him whose…'
prabhāthe effulgence, the shining radianceप्रभा — कान्ति, तेज
prabhavataḥof the all-powerful source genitive agreeing with 'yasya' — 'of him who is mighty and the origin of all'जो सर्वसमर्थ तथा सबका उद्गम है, उसकी — 'यस्य' के साथ षष्ठी में
jagad-aṇḍa-koṭi-of the millions of universe-eggs the compound runs on unfinished into L2 ('…koṭi-koṭiṣu')करोड़ों ब्रह्माण्ड — यह समास L2 में अधूरा चलता रहता है ('…
yasya prabhavataḥ — of whom, the all-powerful source; prabhā — the effulgence; jagad-aṇḍa-koṭi- — [compound continues in L2]
The verse opens with a relative word: 'of whom…' The 'whom' points ahead to Govinda, named only at the very end. Prabhavataḥ marks him as the mighty origin of everything. What the verse will describe is his prabhā — his effulgence, his radiance. And the last compound is left hanging: across the millions of universe-eggs…
An udāharaṇa (introduced by 'yathā') — Brahma-saṁhitā 5.40 — quoted in the vibhāva laharī to illustrate Govinda as the supreme viṣaya-ālambana of bhakti-rasa: the impersonal Brahman prized by the jñānīs is only the bodily glow of the Lord one worships.

vibhūti-bhinnammarked off by [their] opulences neuter, describing 'tad brahma' in L3 — the Brahman that is differentiated by, and stands behind, every mundane opulenceजो प्रत्येक लौकिक ऐश्वर्य के रूप में विविध होकर उसके पीछे स्थित है — नपुंसकलिंग, L3 के 'तद् ब्रह्म' का विशेषण
jagad-aṇḍa-koṭi-koṭiṣu — within millions upon millions of universes; aśeṣa-vasudhādi vibhūti-bhinnam — differentiated by the opulences of unlimited earths and everything else
The compound finishes: within countless millions of universe-eggs. In each are unlimited planets and their opulences. That Brahman is 'vibhūti-bhinnam' — set apart by, and pervading, all these mundane glories. So the very Brahman the verse is about is what stands behind every opulence in every universe.

aśeṣa-bhūtamhaving become all that is, the sum of everythingसमस्त भूतों में व्याप्त — सबका आधारभूत
tad brahma — that Brahman; niṣkalam — undivided; anantam — endless; aśeṣa-bhūtam — the totality of all that exists
Now the verse names it outright: 'that Brahman' — undivided, without parts; endless; and aśeṣa-bhūta, having become all things, the sum of everything. These are the three marks by which the impersonalists exalt Brahman. And this whole exalted Brahman, the closing line will say, is only the Lord's effulgence.

tam govindam ādi-puruṣam — him, Govinda, the original Person; aham bhajāmi — I worship
The main clause at last: 'Him I worship — Govinda, the original Person.' The 'him' answers the 'whose' of the first line. Assembled, the sentence says: that undivided, endless, all-encompassing Brahman is merely the effulgence of Govinda — and it is that Govinda, the primeval Person, whom I worship. Brahman is the glow; Govinda is its source.
The verse's teaching point is the subordination of the impersonal Brahman: it is only Govinda's prabhā, his bodily radiance. That is exactly why the udāharaṇa establishes Kṛṣṇa as the supreme ālambana — the object worth all worship.

Jīva's move: once you grant that Brahman is Govinda's effulgence (prabhā), you have already granted the other half — that all these mundane opulences (vibhūti) are his too. Settle the one and the other follows. So he need not argue 'vibhūti-bhinnam' as a separate case.

And the ṭīkā on that Bhāgavata verse, Jīva adds, glosses the closing word 'param' as 'paraṁ brahma ca' — 'and the supreme Brahman.' So even Brahman is named within the list of the Lord's opulences.
