He is smashing whole heaps of rock — and the rock is the chastity of the good women of the family. Their virtue is the stone his chisels split.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse), quoted from Lalita-mādhava 1.52. Per Jīva, it is adduced here because the Lalita-mādhava context yields nava-navatva, ever-freshness: Rādhā, who has experienced Kṛṣṇa again and again, still sees him as someone utterly new and never-before-seen.

evaṁ yāni prastara-vṛndāni bhinattiin this way, the heaps of stone that he breaks [are the one feat] yāni sets up a 'those which...' answered by tāni in the next segmentइस प्रकार जिन पत्थरों के समूहों को वह तोड़ता है — 'यानि' 'जिन्हें...'
evaṁ yāni prastara-vṛndāni bhinatti — thus, whatever heaps of stone he breaks
Viśvanātha counts the two feats. First: the heaps of stone — the women's virtue — that he breaks.

vihāra-anyaiḥ prastaraiḥ goṣṭha-cayana-kartṛtvaṁ caand, with other stones [for his play], his being the builder-up of the cow-village [is the second feat] ca joins the second of the two feats; the reading vihāra-anyaiḥ ('other stones, for pastime') is uncertain in the source, but the two-feat contrast is clearऔर विहार के अन्य पत्थरों से गोकुल के निर्माण का कर्तृत्व — 'च' दोनों कर्मों में से दूसरे को जोड़ता है; 'विहार-अन्यैः' (विहार के लिए अन्य पत्थर) पाठ स्रोत में अनिश्चित है, पर दो कर्मों का विरोधाभास स्पष्ट है
tāni [ekaṁ kartṛtvam] — those broken stones make one feat; vihāra-anyaiḥ prastaraiḥ goṣṭha-cayana-kartṛtvaṁ ca — and, with other stones, his building up of the cow-village makes the second
Viśvanātha: and second, with other stones he builds up the cow-village. So the two hard feats stand side by side — the breaking and the building — and he does both in one moment. (The exact words for 'other stones for his play' are a little rough in the text, but the two-feat point is plain.)
