Viśvanātha spells out the count: for each single weapon the warriors threw, Hari loosed three sharp arrows one after another and cut it apart. He unpacks the verse's 'ekaika-śastribhiḥ' as ekaikaśaḥ ('one by one') plus tribhiḥ ('with three'), and adds krama-prayukta — the arrows shot in sequence. The lightning bookkeeping — every incoming weapon met on its own with three shafts — is exactly the dakṣatā, the swift skill, the verse defines.
