kathyateis called, is namedकहलाता है
yaḥ — he in whom; ślāghyāṅga-sanniveśaḥ — the fitting arrangement of praiseworthy limbs [is found]; saḥ — he; suramyāṅgaḥ — 'beautiful-limbed'; kathyate — is called.
He whose limbs are set together in a praiseworthy, well-fitted arrangement is called suramyāṅga, 'beautiful-limbed.' This is the definition (lakṣaṇa) of the quality; the verse that follows illustrates it.
The first of the two verses is the lakṣaṇa (definition) of suramyāṅga, one of Kṛṣṇa's bodily qualities catalogued in the vibhāva-laharī (2.1); the lead-in 'tatra (1) suramyāṅgaḥ' marks it as item one, and the following 'yathā' verse is its udāharaṇa (illustration).

mukham — the face; candrākāram — moon-shaped; idam uru-dvayam — this pair of thighs; karabha-nibham — like an elephant's trunk.
The face is shaped like the moon; this pair of thighs is like an elephant's trunk — tapering and smooth.
This is the udāharaṇa (illustration) of suramyāṅga defined in L1: an itemized head-to-waist description of Kṛṣṇa's form, each limb given its likeness, closing in L5 with the frame 'the sweetness of Murahan shines forth' as all of this. karabha = the trunk of an elephant (also a camel or young elephant); the thighs taper like it.

The broad chest is like a door-panel; the hips form a slab so full and firm that there is no gap in it.
aviralam ('without gap') is the word both Jīva and Viśvanātha single out for comment — see the last commentary segment: the hips are so massive that the separate parts cannot be told apart.

The waist is very slender. In all of this, the sweetness of Kṛṣṇa, the slayer of Mura, shines forth. The line names him only here at the end, so the whole head-to-waist picture resolves as his one blazing madhurima.

Jīva raises the difficulty: by the rule laid down earlier, the moon and such things do not merit even a shred of being compared to Kṛṣṇa — nothing measures up to him. Even so, they are pressed into service as comparisons only for the sake of ordinary people, so that through familiar things his greatness can enter their understanding.

Jīva says to read every such passage this way.

With this very point in view, and yet leaving even that comparison-business aside, Rūpa speaks by plain restatement — 'aviralam,' and so on — simply describing the limb rather than reaching for a fresh simile.
anuvāda here is a technical term for saying again what is already established, adding no new claim — the point is that 'aviralam' just states the fullness of the hips directly, without a comparison.

Why fuse the two? Speaking of the quality (sweetness) and its bearer (the face) as one and the same is a device: it lights up how overwhelming the sweetness is. Ordinarily a quality sits in a thing; saying the face just IS sweetness signals that the sweetness has no bounds.
dharma / dharmin = the property and the thing it belongs to (e.g. blueness and the blue lotus). Normally distinct; saying 'the face is sweetness itself' erases the line between them on purpose, to show the sweetness is so total it is inseparable from him.

yatra tu — but where; śrī-rādhā-candrāvaly-ādibhiḥ api — even by Śrī Rādhā, Candrāvalī, and the rest; svataḥ-siddha-citta-praveśavatībhiḥ — whose minds are already absorbed in Śrī Kṛṣṇa; candrādikam dṛṣṭāntīkṛtya — having made the moon and such into comparisons; śrī-kṛṣṇaḥ varṇyate — Śrī Kṛṣṇa is described.
Now the second case, Viśvanātha making it concrete: there are descriptions where the speakers are Śrī Rādhā, Candrāvalī, and the like — women whose minds are already, on their own, fully absorbed in Kṛṣṇa and need no such aid. When they too describe Kṛṣṇa using the moon and such as comparisons —
svataḥ-siddha = established of itself, not needing an external means; unlike ordinary people, these gopīs do not need the moon-comparison as a bridge into Kṛṣṇa — their absorption is already complete. Only the text and Viśvanātha are relied on here; the named speakers are his own.

tatra — there; candrādayaḥ eva — the 'moon' and the rest themselves; kṛṣṇa-līlā-parikarāḥ aprākṛtāḥ — the transcendental associates of Kṛṣṇa's play; tābhiḥ dṛṣṭānīkṛtāḥ — are made comparisons by those women; iti sarvatra jñeyam — so it is to be understood throughout.
— in such a case the 'moon' and the rest are not the ordinary sky-moon at all, but the non-material associates of Kṛṣṇa's play, and it is these that the gopīs use as comparisons. Viśvanātha says to understand every such passage this way.
'dṛṣṭānīkṛtāḥ' is written thus in the source (for dṛṣṭāntīkṛtāḥ, 'made into comparisons'); read as the latter.

aviralam iti tisthūlatvād vibhaktāvayavatvena vivektum aśakyam ity arthaḥ ||
aviralam itias for 'aviralam' (without gap)'अविरलम्' का अर्थ
tisthūlatvātbecause it is so very massive ablative of cause; source reads 'tisthūlatvāt' for atisthūlatvāt, 'because of being extremely thick/full'अत्यन्त स्थूल होने के कारण — पञ्चमी; मूल में 'तिस्थूलत्वात्' है, अतिस्थूलत्वात् के स्थान पर
vibhaktāvayavatvenaas having separated-out parts instrumental — the manner in which one might try to divide itविभक्त अवयवों के रूप में — जिस रीति से बाँटना चाहें, वह तृतीया
iti arthaḥthis is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
aviralam iti — the word 'aviralam' means: tisthūlatvāt — because it is so massive; vibhaktāvayavatvena — by way of separated parts; vivektum aśakyam — cannot be told apart; iti arthaḥ — that is the sense.
Viśvanātha glosses 'aviralam' exactly as Jīva does: the hips are so massive and full that you cannot separate them into distinct parts.
The source has 'tisthūlatvāt', an apparent slip for atisthūlatvāt ('because of being very thick'); the sense is unchanged. Viśvanātha's wording here matches Jīva's gloss verbatim.
