Viśvanātha foregrounds the moon-reading: the word 'risen' (udita) is a moonrise word, so it lays a moon-nature over Kṛṣṇa — he is read as a moon.

Viśvanātha: a dark moon is a wonder — no ordinary moon is dark. That wonder quietly suggests (vyaṅgya) how he gladdens all, just as the moon does.
vyaṅgya is the suggested sense (dhvani) of poetics — meaning the words hint at rather than state outright.
