L1invocation
rodana-bindu-maranda-syandi-dṛg-indīvarādya govinda |
rodana-bindu-maranda-syandi-dṛg-indīvarādyaO you whose lotus-eyes drip the nectar of teardrops — the drops of weeping are the flower-nectar (maranda) that trickles down (syandi) from the blue-lotus (indīvara) of your eyes; -ādya makes the whole thing an address, 'O you who are marked first of all by such eyes' long bahuvrīhi in the vocative (dṛś eyes + indīvara blue lotus; syandi trickling; ādya vocative)हे वे, जिनके नेत्र-रूपी नीलकमलों से रुदन की बूँदों का मरन्द (मधु) झर रहा है
govindaO Govinda vocativeहे गोविन्द
he govinda — O Govinda; rodana-bindu-maranda-syandi-dṛg-indīvara-ādya — O you whose blue-lotus eyes trickle down the flower-nectar that is your teardrops
O Govinda! Your eyes are dark-blue lotuses. And from them a nectar is trickling — the nectar of your own tears. So the whole address paints you weeping: eyes like lotuses, tears like the honey that drips from a flower.
indīvara: home meaning, the blue night-lotus; here it is a stock poetic image for a beautiful dark eye. maranda: home meaning, the nectar or pollen-honey inside a flower; here the flowing tears are likened to that honey oozing from the eye-lotus.

bālā — the young girl; madhura-svara-kaṇṭhī — her throat sweet-voiced; tava nāmāvalīm — the string of your names; gāyati — she is singing
A young girl is singing. Her throat carries a sweet voice. And what she sings is the row of your names, one after another — your whole string of names, Govinda.
nāmāvalī: āvalī means a row or unbroken line (as of bees or lamps); so a nāmāvalī is not one name but a continuous garland of names sung in sequence — which is exactly the point the verse is quoted for: unbroken taste in singing the name.
