amī — these very ones; tasya — his; priyāḥ janāḥ — dear people; prema-rūpāḥ — made of pure love; rāga-bandhena kena api — by some bond of spontaneous love; tam — him; bhajantaḥ — while worshipping; aṅghri-padma-sudhāḥ — the nectar of his lotus feet; vrajanti — they attain.
tasya — उस कृष्ण के; priyāḥ janāḥ — प्रिय जन; prema-rūpāḥ — जो प्रेम-स्वरूप हैं; kena api — किसी न किसी; rāga-bandhena — राग-बन्धन के द्वारा; tam — उसको; bhajantaḥ — भजते हुए; amī — ये लोग; aṅghri-padma-sudhāḥ — उसके चरण-कमल की सुधा को; vrajanti — प्राप्त करते हैं।
These are his dear people. Their very form is pure love. They worship Kṛṣṇa with some bond of spontaneous attachment. They are not driven by rules, but held by a tie of love. Worshipping him this way, they reach the nectar of his lotus feet.
उस कृष्ण के ये प्रिय जन, जो स्वयं प्रेम-स्वरूप हैं, किसी न किसी राग-बन्धन से उसका भजन करते हुए उसके चरण-कमल की सुधा को प्राप्त करते हैं।
rāga (home: raw passion, coloring of the mind) — here the technical rāga of rāgānugā-bhakti: a spontaneous, thirst-like attachment to Kṛṣṇa that runs of itself, not obedience to injunction.
राग का मूल अर्थ है कच्चा अनुराग, चित्त का रँग जाना; परन्तु यहाँ यह रागानुगा-भक्ति का पारिभाषिक राग है — कृष्ण के प्रति स्वयं-स्फूर्त, प्यास जैसी आसक्ति, जो अपने-आप बहती रहती है, किसी विधि के आदेश के अधीन नहीं।

Now Jīva tells us what this verse is doing. Among all of Kṛṣṇa's dear ones, the gopīs are the special, highest case. It is their distinction that Rūpa states here, in the verse beginning 'rāga-bandhena.'
उस प्रसंग में प्रिय जनों में से गोपियों की विशेषता को 'rāga-bandhena' इत्यादि पद से कहते हैं।

Mukunda frames it by counting. Of the four kinds of dear devotees already named, he now singles out the gopīs. What he states here is that the gopīs attain Kṛṣṇa himself. This is the point of the verse beginning 'rāga-bandhena.'
caturṇām — 'the four' points back to the four types of Bhagavat-priya-jana in the running context (cf. 1.2.278: priyāṇāṁ gopy-ādīnāṁ caturvidha-bhaktānām); the gopīs are picked out from that set.

उस प्रसंग में गोपियों की विशेषता को 'rāga-bandhena' इत्यादि पद से कहते हैं।

tasya priyā janās taṁ bhajanataḥ santas tad-aṅghri-padma-sudhā vrajanti prāpnuvanti ||
tasyahis — Kṛṣṇa's genitiveउस (कृष्ण) के
priyāḥ janāḥthe dear people, his beloved ones nom. pl., subjectप्रिय जन
tamhim — Kṛṣṇa accusativeउसको
bhajanataḥ santaḥbeing ones who worship him — i.e. as they go on serving him present participle (bhajantaḥ) + santaḥ; the -taḥ is a spelling of the nom. pl. participleभजते हुए
tad-aṅghri-padma-sudhāḥthe nectar of his lotus feet — what they reach acc. pl., objectउसके चरण-कमल की सुधा को
vrajantithey 'go to' — the verse's word the word being glossed'vrajanti' (जिस पद का अर्थ किया जा रहा है)
prāpnuvanti= they attain — the plain sense of 'vrajanti' here gloss-verb resolving vrajantiप्राप्त करते हैं
tasya priyāḥ janāḥ — his dear people; tam — him; bhajanataḥ santaḥ — being worshippers of him; tad-aṅghri-padma-sudhāḥ — the nectar of his lotus feet; vrajanti (= prāpnuvanti) — they attain.
tasya — उस कृष्ण के; priyāḥ janāḥ — प्रिय जन; tam — उसको; bhajanataḥ santaḥ — भजते हुए; tad-aṅghri-padma-sudhāḥ — उसके चरण-कमल की सुधा को; vrajanti — 'vrajanti' पद; prāpnuvanti — अर्थात् प्राप्त करते हैं।
Viśvanātha now decodes the verse's own words. His dear people, as they go on worshipping him, reach the nectar of his lotus feet. He pins down the verb: 'vrajanti' here does not mean merely 'they go' — it means 'prāpnuvanti,' they attain. So the payoff is arrival at the sweetness of Kṛṣṇa's feet.
उस कृष्ण के प्रिय जन उसका भजन करते हुए उसके चरण-कमल की सुधा को प्राप्त करते हैं; यहाँ 'vrajanti' का अर्थ 'प्राप्त करते हैं' है।
