yat-sevayā bhagavataḥ kūṭa-sthasya madhu-dviṣaḥ |
yat-sevayāby serving whom, by the service of whom instrumental of means; yat = the Lord named nextजिनकी सेवा के द्वारा (यत् = आगे कहे जाने वाले भगवान्)
bhagavataḥof the Lord, the one full of all excellences genitive, depends on 'feet' in L2भगवान् के (जिनके चरणों की बात L2 में है)

madhu-dviṣaḥof the foe of the demon Madhu, that is, Kṛṣṇa (Viṣṇu) genitiveमधु-द्वेषी (मधु दैत्य के शत्रु, मधुसूदन) के
yat-sevayā — by serving whom; bhagavataḥ kūṭa-sthasya madhu-dviṣaḥ — of the Lord, the changeless one, the slayer of Madhu (all three genitives naming the same person, whose feet L2 speaks of)
By serving him — the Lord, who stays ever the same, the slayer of the demon Madhu — [something arises]. This line names the person served: Kṛṣṇa. His three titles are 'the Lord' (full of every excellence), 'the changeless one', and 'the foe of Madhu'. The sentence finishes in the next line.
Why cited: Quoted from SB 3.7.19 as scriptural proof that serving Kṛṣṇa's feet yields intense loving attachment.
kūṭa-stha: in Vedānta usually 'the immovable self at the summit, unaffected by change'; here simply the Lord who abides in one unchanging form through all time (as the commentators' Amarakośa citation spells out).

vyasana-ardanaḥthe destroyer of distress — it crushes all suffering nominative, describing rati-rāsaजो दुःखों का नाश करने वाला है (रति-रस का विशेषण)
yat-sevayā (L1) … pādayoḥ — by serving whom, at his feet; tīvraḥ rati-rāsaḥ — an intense surge of loving attachment; vyasana-ardanaḥ — one that destroys distress; bhavet — would arise
By that service, at his feet an intense surge of loving attachment arises. This rati-rāsa is 'tīvra' — keen and strong. And it is 'the destroyer of distress' — it crushes all suffering. So the fruit of serving Kṛṣṇa's feet is a fierce, sorrow-ending upsurge of love.
Why cited: Quoted from SB 3.7.19 to establish that service of Kṛṣṇa produces an intense, distress-destroying rati.
rati-rāsa: rati is the tender loving attachment for the Lord; rāsa here is its rise or swelling (the commentators gloss it as ullāsa, 'blossoming, upsurge'), not the technical rasa of aesthetic theory.

Jīva explains the verse's word 'kūṭastha'. He quotes the dictionary, Amarakośa: 'One who runs through all of time while keeping a single, unchanging form — he is called kūṭastha.' So kūṭastha here means the Lord who stays one and the same through every age.
Amarakośa is the standard classical Sanskrit thesaurus; citing it settles the plain lexical sense of kūṭastha before any theological reading.

madhudviṣaḥ pādayoḥ — at the feet of Madhu's foe; rati-rāsaḥ = rateḥ ullāsaḥ — rati-rāsa, meaning the upsurge of rati; bhavet — arises
Jīva now unpacks the phrase 'rati-rāsa'. He says it means 'rater ullāsa' — the blossoming, the welling-up, of rati. So: at the feet of Kṛṣṇa, the foe of Madhu, the upsurge of loving attachment arises.
By glossing rāsa as ullāsa ('upsurge, blossoming'), Jīva reads it as the rising of love, not as the aesthetic rasa of dramaturgy.

Viśvanātha explains 'kūṭastha' exactly as Jīva does, quoting the same Amarakośa line: 'One who runs through all of time in a single unchanging form is called kūṭastha.' So the word means the Lord who stays one and the same through every age.
The same Amarakośa citation used by Jīva; the lexicon fixes the plain sense of kūṭastha as 'ever-one-formed through all time'.

Viśvanātha gives the same gloss of 'rati-rāsa': it is 'rater ullāsa', the upsurge of rati. At Kṛṣṇa's feet, the welling-up of loving attachment arises.
Viśvanātha too reads rāsa as ullāsa, the rise of love — agreeing with Jīva and Mukunda.

tīvraḥ — [the verse's word] 'tīvra'; nitāntaḥ — means 'utmost, extreme'
Viśvanātha glosses the verse's word 'tīvra'. He says it means 'nitānta' — utmost, extreme. Where Mukunda read 'tīvra' as 'firm', Viśvanātha reads it as 'to the highest degree'. So the loving attachment that arises is extreme, at its fullest pitch.
