sarva-vedānta-sāramthe essence, the very cream, of all Vedānta acc. sg., predicate of iṣyateसम्पूर्ण वेदान्त का सार (जो कि यह है, ऐसा माना जाता है)
hifor, indeed — stated as a settled truth emphatic particleनिश्चय ही
śrī-bhāgavatamthe Śrī Bhāgavata itself nom. sg., subjectश्रीभागवत (कर्ता)
iṣyateis held to be, is accepted as passive √iṣ, 'is desired/regarded'माना जाता है / अभीष्ट है
śrī-bhāgavatam — the Śrī Bhāgavata; hi — indeed; sarva-vedānta-sāram — as the essence of all Vedānta; iṣyate — is held to be.
The Śrīmad-Bhāgavata is accepted as the essence of all Vedānta. It is the cream of everything the Vedānta teaches. That is a settled truth, not just an opinion.
Why cited: Adduced as scriptural proof, from the Bhāgavata itself, that the Bhāgavata is the essence of all Vedānta.
vedānta here = the whole body of Upaniṣadic / Vedānta teaching (its 'end'), not the later Vedānta school-system; the verse claims the Bhāgavata distills all of it.

Once a person has drunk the nectar of its rasa — the devotional mood of the Bhāgavata — he is fully satisfied. After that, no liking for anything else can arise in him, ever. His taste is settled there and nowhere else.
Why cited: Adduced to show the Bhāgavata's rasa so satisfies the devotee that he loses all taste for anything else — clinching its supremacy.
rasa here = the relishable devotional mood of the text (kept in IAST, not 'flavor'); amṛta = the nectar-quality of that mood; rati = settled loving attachment/taste, the same word used for the seed of bhakti-rasa.
