cintana here is not idle 'thinking' in the ordinary sense; it is the fixed, deliberate dwelling of the mind on a chosen object — the same sense dhyāna carries in the yoga tradition (uninterrupted flow of attention toward one object), here narrowed to the Lord's form, qualities, and pastimes.
यहाँ 'चिन्तन' का अर्थ साधारण सोच-विचार नहीं है। यह मन का किसी चुने हुए विषय पर स्थिर और जान-बूझकर टिके रहना है — वही भाव जो योग-परम्परा में 'ध्यान' शब्द रखता है (एक ही विषय की ओर अखण्ड वृत्ति-प्रवाह), जो यहाँ भगवान् के रूप, गुण और लीला तक सीमित कर दिया गया है।
