smṛte sakala-kalyāṇa-bhājanaṁ yatra jāyate |
smṛtewhen he is remembered, once he is called to mind locative absolute (of smṛta)जब जिसका स्मरण किया जाता है, तब
sakala-kalyāṇa-bhājanamthe vessel of everything good, the recipient of all auspiciousness acc. predicate of what one becomesसमस्त कल्याण का पात्र (बन जाता है)
yatrain whom — i.e. on remembering whom relative, answered by tam in L2जिस (हरि) के स्मरण होने पर — इसका उत्तर आगे 'तम्' से मिलता है
jāyatea person comes to be, one becomesबन जाता है, हो जाता है
yatra [harau] smṛte — on remembering whom; [puruṣaḥ] — a person; sakala-kalyāṇa-bhājanam — the vessel of everything good; jāyate — comes to be
There is one on remembering whom a person becomes the vessel of everything good. Just calling him to mind makes you a recipient of all auspiciousness. The 'in whom' here waits for its answer — 'him,' Hari — in the next line.
Why cited: Viṣṇu Purāṇa proof that Hari alone, merely on being remembered, makes a person the receptacle of all auspiciousness — establishing him as the supreme shelter.

tam puruṣam ajam nityam harim — that Person, the unborn, eternal Hari; śaraṇam vrajāmi — I go to for shelter
I take shelter of him — that Person, the unborn, eternal Hari. He is the one from the last line, the one whose mere remembrance makes a person the vessel of all good. To him I go for refuge.
nityam: taken here as an epithet of Hari, 'the eternal one.' It can also read adverbially with the verb, 'I always take shelter'; the sense of the verse holds either way.

yatra harau sati — when that Hari is present; puruṣaḥ — a person; sakala-kalyāṇa-bhājanam bhavati — becomes the vessel of everything good; tam harim śaraṇam vrajāmi — I go to that Hari for shelter
Viśvanātha simply restates the verse in plain prose. When that Hari is present, a person becomes the vessel of everything good; I go to that Hari for shelter. Notice his move: he glosses 'smṛte' (when remembered) with 'sati' (when present) — reading 'in whom, when remembered' as a straightforward 'when Hari is there,' so the correlative yatra... tam is made explicit.
