yat-pāda-sevābhirucis tapasvinām
yat-pāda-sevā-abhiruciḥa taste, a liking, for serving whose feet (i.e. the Lord's) abhiruci nom.; yat = relative 'whose', picked up in the main clauseजिनके चरणों की सेवा के प्रति रुचि
tapasvināmthe taste belonging to those who do austerities, the ascetics gen. pl., 'of the ascetics'तपस्वियों की (वह रुचि)
tapasvinām — of the ascetics; yat-pāda-sevā-abhiruciḥ — the liking for serving whose (the Lord's) feet.
There is a liking, a real taste, for serving the Lord's feet. Here it belongs to the ascetics, the people who do austerities. The word 'whose' points to the Lord; the rest of the sentence will tell what this taste does. So the subject is set up first: the ascetics' fondness for foot-service.
Why cited: Adduced to prove the power of bhakti: even a taste for serving Kṛṣṇa's feet cleanses the mind — supporting the section on the limbs of worship.
tapasvin: in general Indian usage 'one who performs tapas, an ascetic'; here specifically the sages in Pṛthu's assembly whose real gain is not their austerity but their taste for serving the Lord.

aśeṣa-janmopacitaṁ malaṁ dhiyaḥ |
aśeṣa-janma-upacitampiled up, accumulated, over countless births past passive participle qualifying malam; aśeṣa 'without remainder, endless'अनगिनत जन्मों में संचित हुआ
malamthe dirt, the impurity acc. sg., object of the verb in L3उस मल को
dhiyaḥof the intellect, of the mind gen. sg., 'the mind's' dirtबुद्धि का
dhiyaḥ — of the mind; aśeṣa-janma-upacitam — piled up over endless births; malam — the dirt.
Now the object: the dirt of the mind. This is not one lifetime's grime. It has been piling up over countless births, birth after birth without end. That deep-set impurity of the intellect is what the coming verb will act on.
Why cited: Names the object that the taste for foot-service removes — the mind's ingrained impurity — showing bhakti reaches even the deepest defilement.
mala: literally 'dirt, filth'; used here for the mind's ingrained impurity (the residue of past karma and material conditioning), not physical dirt.

sadyaḥ kṣiṇoty anvaham edhatī satī
sadyaḥat once, immediately adverbतुरन्त
kṣiṇotiit destroys, it wears away 3rd sg. pres.; verb of the whole sentence, subject = the abhiruci of L1क्षीण कर देती है (कर्ता — L1 की वह रुचि)
anvahamday by day, every day adverbप्रतिदिन
edhatīwhile it itself keeps growing, increasing pres. participle fem., agreeing with abhiruciस्वयं बढ़ती हुई
satībeing genuine, being real (once it is truly present) pres. participle fem. of 'to be', agreeing with abhiruciसचमुच विद्यमान रहती हुई
[abhiruciḥ] — the taste, [when it is] satī — genuinely present, edhatī — growing anvaham — day by day, sadyaḥ — at once, kṣiṇoti — destroys [the dirt].
Here is the verb. This taste for foot-service destroys the mind's age-old dirt at once. And it does this while itself growing stronger day by day. 'satī' means: once the taste is truly there, genuinely present. So the more the liking grows, the faster the lifetimes of impurity are worn away.
Why cited: States the effect: the taste for foot-service instantly destroys that age-old impurity while itself only growing — the core claim the verse is cited to establish.
satī: participle of 'to be', 'existing, being so'; here 'when genuinely present / real', stressing that it is a true taste, not a pretended one — not the proper name Satī.

yathā padāṅguṣṭha-viniḥsṛtā sarit ||
yathājust as, in the same way as particle of comparisonजैसे
pāda-aṅguṣṭha-viniḥsṛtāwhich has streamed out from the big toe of the foot past participle fem. qualifying sarit; the Ganges from Viṣṇu's toeचरण के अंगूठे से निकली हुई
saritthe river (the Gaṅgā) nom. sg. fem., subject of the comparisonनदी
yathā — just as; pāda-aṅguṣṭha-viniḥsṛtā — issued from the big toe; sarit — the river [the Ganges].
This is the comparison that seals the verse. Just as the river — the Gaṅgā — flowed out from the Lord's big toe. The mapping: the toe-born river is the taste for His feet; the river's purifying water is the way that taste washes away sin; and both spring from His feet and both keep flowing and swelling. What the example proves is that a foot-born stream cleanses. Where it stops: the verse does not press every detail of the Ganges story; it borrows only the one point — born of His feet, it purifies as it flows.
Why cited: The verse's closing simile: the taste cleanses and grows like the toe-born Ganges — offered to show, by example, that bhakti purifies while ever increasing.
sarit here is the Gaṅgā, said to issue from Viṣṇu's toe; the simile links the purifying, ever-flowing river to the purifying, ever-growing taste for the Lord's feet.

pūjā-paricaryayoḥ — of worship and personal service; vividhāni — of many kinds; aṅgāni — the limbs; eva syuḥ — there certainly are.
Now Rūpa Gosvāmī speaks in his own voice. Worship (pūjā) and personal service (paricaryā) have many limbs, many component acts. He grants this plainly: yes, there really are a great many of them. 'eva' underlines it — the number is genuinely large.
pūjā vs paricaryā: pūjā is formal ritual worship of the deity; paricaryā is close personal attendance, waiting on the Lord as one serves a beloved master — two related but distinct limbs of service.

grantha-bāhulya-bhītitaḥbecause of fear of the book growing too bulky ablative of cause, '-taḥ': out of fear of excessive bulk of the textग्रन्थ के अधिक विस्तृत हो जाने के भय से
tāni — those limbs; atra — here; grantha-bāhulya-bhītitaḥ — from fear of the book's bulk; na likhitāni — are not written.
But he does not list them here. Those many limbs are left unwritten in this book. The reason is stated plainly: fear that the book would swell too much. '-taḥ' gives the cause — out of fear of excessive bulk. So the omission is deliberate and practical, not a denial that the limbs exist.
grantha-bāhulya-bhītitaḥ: a common ācārya's formula for pruning — 'for fear the text would become too long'; it signals the omission is for brevity, not because the material is unimportant.
