hari-mandirein the temple of Hari loc.हरि के मन्दिर में
yaḥ — whoever; muhūrtaṁ vā muhūrtārdhaṁ — for a muhūrta, or even half a muhūrta; hari-mandire — in Hari's temple; tiṣṭhet — should stay
yaḥ — जो व्यक्ति; hari-mandire — हरि के मन्दिर में; muhūrtaṁ vā muhūrtārdhaṁ — एक मुहूर्त अथवा आधे मुहूर्त तक; tiṣṭhet — ठहरे
Whoever stays in the temple of Hari for one muhūrta — or even for half a muhūrta —
जो व्यक्ति एक मुहूर्त तक, अथवा आधे मुहूर्त तक भी हरि के मन्दिर में ठहरे।
Why cited: Nāradīya verse quoted to show the great fruit of even a brief stay in Hari's temple.
क्यों उद्धृत: नारदीय वचन इसलिए उद्धृत किया गया कि हरि के मन्दिर में क्षण भर ठहरने का भी कितना बड़ा फल है, यह दिखाया जाए।
muhūrta: a fixed unit of time, roughly forty-eight minutes (a thirtieth of a day-and-night). Here the point of naming it is its shortness: even this brief a stay counts.

— that person reaches the supreme abode. Then how much more so those who are devoted to serving the Lord! The verse argues from less to more: if merely staying a short while wins the highest abode, the fruit for those actually absorbed in service is beyond saying.
वह परम धाम को प्राप्त करता है। फिर जो हरि की सेवा-शुश्रूषा में लगे रहते हैं, उनका तो कहना ही क्या।
Why cited: Nāradīya verse: brief residence already wins the supreme abode, so devoted service wins it all the more.
क्यों उद्धृत: नारदीय वचन — क्षण भर का निवास ही जब परम धाम दिला देता है, तब सेवा में रत रहना तो और भी अधिक फल देगा।
kim u: an a-fortiori particle — 'how much more', 'what need even to mention'. It carries the whole force of the verse: the small case is stated, and the greater case is left to the listener as obvious.
'किम् उ' अधिकाधिकता सूचित करने वाला निपात है — 'फिर कितना अधिक', 'कहने की आवश्यकता ही क्या'। यही सम्पूर्ण श्लोक का बल अपने में समेटे है — छोटा दृष्टान्त कह दिया गया, और बड़ा दृष्टान्त श्रोता के लिए स्वयंसिद्ध छोड़ दिया गया।

Jīva and Viśvanātha give no comment on this verse. This is an editorial note recording that these two commentators pass it over — its meaning is taken as plain enough to need no explanation.
इसकी व्याख्या नहीं की गई।
vyākhyāta: 'explained, glossed'. The bare 'na vyākhyātam' is a running note in the commentary apparatus flagging that a particular ācārya left the verse untouched.
'व्याख्यात' का अर्थ है 'समझाया गया, जिसकी व्याख्या हुई'। यह सादा 'न व्याख्यातम्' टीका-प्रणाली में चलती हुई एक टिप्पणी है, जो यह सूचित करती है कि अमुक आचार्य ने इस श्लोक को अछूता छोड़ दिया।

śuśrūṣaṇe paricaryāyām ||
śuśrūṣaṇeas for the word 'śuśrūṣaṇe' (in serving) — loc., the word being glossed
paricaryāyāmit means 'in attendance, in loving service' loc., the gloss
śuśrūṣaṇe — [the verse's word] 'in serving'; paricaryāyām — [means] 'in attendance / loving service'
Mukunda explains just one word of the verse. 'śuśrūṣaṇe' — 'in serving' — means 'paricaryā', personal attendance or loving service. He replaces the verse's word with its plainer synonym, both in the locative, so the sense is 'those devoted to the Lord's personal service'.
śuśrūṣā literally is 'the wish to hear/obey' and so 'service, waiting upon'; paricaryā is 'attending upon, tending'. Mukunda equates the two so the reader reads śuśrūṣaṇa as hands-on service, not merely 'listening'.
