sālokya-sārṣṭi-sāmīpya-sārūpya-ekatvam — the five liberations: same world, equal opulence, nearness, same form, and oneness; api uta — even these, indeed
This line names the five kinds of liberation. Sālokya: to live on the same planet as the Lord. Sārṣṭi: to have opulence equal to His. Sāmīpya: to live right beside Him. Sārūpya: to have a form like His. Ekatvam: to merge and become one with Him. The words api uta mark them out — 'even these.'
Why cited: Quoted from Bhāgavatam 3.29.13 to prove that pure devotees spurn even the five liberations when offered without service.
The five forms of mukti in Vaiṣṇava theology; ekatvam here is sāyujya, the impersonal merging that the other four (personal, relational liberations) are usually contrasted with.

dīyamānaṁ na gṛhṇanti vinā mat-sevanaṁ janāḥ ||
dīyamānameven when it is being handed to them, offered outright present passive participleदिया जाता हुआ (भी) — जो अभी दिया जा रहा हो
na gṛhṇantithey do not accept itस्वीकार नहीं करते
vinā mat-sevanamif it comes without service to Me vinā + accusativeमेरी सेवा के बिना (हो तो)
janāḥsuch people — the Lord's devotees(वे) भक्तजन
janāḥ — the devotees; dīyamānam — [these liberations] being offered; vinā mat-sevanam — apart from serving Me; na gṛhṇanti — do not accept
Kṛṣṇa is speaking. Even when these liberations are offered outright, His devotees do not take them — not if they come without service to Him. Service is the one thing they will not trade away.
Why cited: Completes the proof: the devotees' refusal is conditional on 'without service to Me,' making pure service higher than liberation itself.

uta api dīyamānam api na gṛhṇanti kutas tat-kāmaneti bhāvaḥ |
uta apiand indeed — even so emphaticऔर तो और, निश्चय ही
dīyamānam apieven when it is being handed to them free concessive apiदी जाती हुई (मुक्ति) को भी
na gṛhṇantithey still do not accept itस्वीकार नहीं करते
kutaḥ tat-kāmanāso how could they ever hanker for it? kutaḥ = 'from where / how', rhetoricalफिर उसकी कामना कहाँ से (होगी)?
iti bhāvaḥthis is the underlying senseऐसा (श्लोक का) भाव है
uta api — even so; dīyamānam api — though offered outright; na gṛhṇanti — they do not accept; kutaḥ tat-kāmanā — how then any desire for it?; iti bhāvaḥ — such is the import
Viśvanātha draws out the force of the line. Even when liberation is placed in their hands for free, the devotees will not take it. So how could they ever even want it? That is the point — the argument runs from the greater to the lesser: if they refuse it when offered, longing for it is out of the question.
kutaḥ (‘how / whence’) marks an a-fortiori argument: refusing a free gift proves, all the more, the absence of any craving for it.

mat-sevanaṁ vineti kecid gṛhṇanti cen mat-sevārtham eva gṛhṇantīty arthaḥ ||
mat-sevanam vinā itias for the phrase 'without service to Me' —'मेरी सेवा के बिना' — ऐसा जो कहा गया, उसका तात्पर्य यह कि
kecid gṛhṇanti cetif some devotees do accept these liberations conditional cetयदि कुछ (भक्त) ग्रहण भी करें
mat-seva-artham eva gṛhṇantithey accept them only in order to serve Me artham = for the sake of; eva = onlyतो केवल मेरी सेवा के लिए ही ग्रहण करते हैं
iti arthaḥthis is the meaningऐसा अर्थ है
mat-sevanam vinā iti — the words 'without service to Me'; kecid gṛhṇanti cet — if some do accept; mat-seva-artham eva gṛhṇanti — they accept solely for serving Me; iti arthaḥ — this is the sense
Now the phrase 'without service to Me.' Viśvanātha reads the exception in it: if any devotees do accept a form of liberation, they take it only so that it will help them serve the Lord. The refusal is of liberation sought for its own sake; liberation that serves devotion is another matter.
