jitvā dyūta-paṇaṁ daśaty aghahare gaṇḍaṁ mudā dakṣiṇaṁ
jitvā dyūta-paṇaṁhaving won the dice-wager jitvā = gerund; dyūta-paṇaṁ its object — the stake played forजुए की बाज़ी (दाँव) जीतकर
daśatias he bites here loc. of the present participle (daśat), not the finite verb — 'while biting,' feeding the locative absolute with aghahareजब वह काट रहा हो (काटते हुए — सति-सप्तमी का कृदन्त)
aghahare— when Aghahara (Kṛṣṇa, slayer of Agha) does so locative absolute with daśati; aghahara = an epithet of Kṛṣṇaअघहर (कृष्ण) के (काटने पर — सति-सप्तमी)
gaṇḍaṁher cheek — what he bitesगाल को
dakṣiṇaṁthe right one agrees with gaṇḍaṁ — the right cheekदाहिने (गाल को — गण्ड का विशेषण)
jitvā dyūta-paṇaṁ — having won the dice-wager; aghahare daśati — when Aghahara (Kṛṣṇa) bites; mudā — gladly; dakṣiṇaṁ gaṇḍaṁ — her right cheek
The setting is a dice-game between Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa. Kṛṣṇa has won the wager. Gladly he bites Rādhā's right cheek. As Viśvanātha will note, the stake of the game was itself a bite on the cheek, so the winner's first act is to claim it.
An udāharaṇa (illustrative verse) of dyūta-krīḍā, the dice-game — one of the playful pastimes of union (sambhoga) catalogued in this Śṛṅgāra-bheda chapter; introduced by the lead-in 'atha dyūta-krīḍā.' Viśvanātha assigns the narration to the sakhī Vṛndā, speaking to Kundalatā.

akṣaṁ kṣipantīas she flings the die kṣipantī = fem. present participle agreeing with sāपासा फेंकती हुई (राधा के अनुरूप स्त्रीलिंग कृदन्त)
sā — she, Rādhā; tatra — there in the game; rabhasāt — impetuously; akṣaṁ kṣipantī — casting the die; 'vāmaṁ ca daśa' iti — 'bite the left too!' (and, at once, naming the throws vāmañca and daśā); abhyadhāt — declared
As she flings the die, Rādhā calls out 'vāmaṁ ca daśa.' This is the verse's hinge. On its surface the words say 'and bite the left cheek too.' But 'vāmañca' and 'daśā' are also the names of two dice-throws in the Gauḍa country — and that is what she really means, naming her cast as she throws. The whole verse turns on this double meaning.
The śleṣa of the verse: 'vāmaṁ ca daśa' reads as the command 'and bite the left [cheek] too,' and at the same time names the dice-throws vāmañca and daśā — so both Jīva and Viśvanātha explain. Rādhā means the throws; Kṛṣṇa will pretend to hear the command.

ājñāṁ ... teyour command te = genitive, 'your'; ājñāṁ its objectतुम्हारी आज्ञा को (te = षष्ठी, 'तुम्हारी'; आज्ञा उसका कर्म)
sundariO lovely one — Kṛṣṇa's address to Rādhā vocativeहे सुन्दरी!

sundari — O lovely one; te ājñāṁ yathā — your command, just as [you give it, I follow]; iti hariṇā — so [spoke] Hari; vāme ca daṣṭe — and when the left cheek too was bitten; tataḥ — then
Kṛṣṇa takes her words as if they were an order to him. 'O lovely one,' he says, 'as you command — so be it,' and he bites the left cheek too. This is his verbal pretext (vāk-chala): he chooses to hear 'vāmaṁ ca daśa' as 'bite my left cheek as well.' And when the left cheek too had been bitten, then—

saṁrambhād iva sā bhujā-latikayā kaṇṭhe babandha priyam ||

sāshe — Rādhāवह (राधा)
bhujā-latikayāwith her creeper-slender arm instrumental of means; latikā = 'little vine'अपनी लता-सी भुजा से (करण; लतिका = नन्ही लता)

Then, as if angry, Rādhā throws her creeper-slender arm around Kṛṣṇa's neck and binds her beloved in it. The 'as if' is the point: it looks like anger, but it is an embrace. The mock-anger caps the whole teasing exchange.
The verse ends on the play between real feeling and its mask: 'iva' marks the anger as only seeming — the outward gesture of pique is in fact the embrace of a lover.

Jīva Gosvāmī gives the basis of the pun: in some regions 'vāmañca' and 'daśā' are the names of two kinds of dice-throw. So Rādhā's cry is really her naming her cast, not a command to bite.

daśati satīti gaṇḍa-daṁśanam eva paṇa āsīd iti gamyate |
daśati sati itifrom [the phrase] 'while he bites' reads daśati as the locative-absolute participle (daśati sati), confirming L1's construction'दशति सति' ऐसा पढ़कर — 'जब काट रहा हो' (सति-सप्तमी का कृदन्त, L1 की रचना की पुष्टि)

Viśvanātha reads the locative 'while he bites' and draws the inference: the stake of the whole game was itself a bite on the cheek — winner bites loser. That is why the winner's very first act is to bite.

Viśvanātha spells out the pun's near layer. Her words 'vāmaṁ ca daśa' are the names of dice-throws (dāya) used in the Gauḍa region. On her lips they name her cast — 'vāmañca' and 'daśā' — and are no command to bite at all.
dāya = a throw or cast at dice; pāśaka-dāya-bheda = the named varieties of cast. Viśvanātha and Jīva agree these are regional throw-names — this is the second, hidden layer of the śleṣa on which the verse's comedy rests.
