viśākhā śrī-kṛṣṇam āha — Viśākhā addresses Kṛṣṇa; vyātyukṣī-yudhi — paraspara-jala-seka-yuddhe, the mutual water-splashing battle; ghana-rasaiḥ … kākākṣi-golaka-nyāyena anvaye — ghana-rasaiḥ read into both clauses by the crow's-eyeball maxim; ghana-rasaiḥ jalaiḥ niviḍa-rasaiḥ iti śleṣaḥ ghaṭate — ghana-rasaiḥ = 'waters' and = 'dense rasa', so the śleṣa holds.
Viśvanātha first names the speaker: Viśākhā is teasing Kṛṣṇa. He unpacks 'vyātyukṣī-yudhi' as the mutual water-splashing battle. Then he reads the key word 'ghana-rasaiḥ' by the kākākṣi-golaka-nyāya, the crow's-eyeball maxim, where one word does double duty in two directions at once: the fight is waged 'with ghana-rasa', and Kṛṣṇa is drenched 'with ghana-rasa'. And ghana-rasa itself carries two senses — plain 'water', and 'dense rasa', thick love. So the śleṣa, the double meaning, fits perfectly.
kākākṣi-golaka-nyāya, the 'crow's-eyeball maxim': a crow was thought to shift its single eyeball between its two sockets, so the maxim names one word made to serve in two constructions at once — here 'ghana-rasaiḥ' belongs at once to the fighting and to the drenching, and by śleṣa means both water and dense love.

na pīḍayatimeans 'does not torment'पीड़ा नहीं देती
pratimā — pratibimbam, a reflection; na ardati — na pīḍayati, does not torment.
Viśvanātha gives the same two glosses Jīva does: 'pratimā' is a reflection (pratibimba), and 'nārdati' means 'does not torment' (na pīḍayati).
